Welcome to the Exchange Academy! Now, before we get started, here's a few things that you should pay some close attention to:
-- Read the rules and the notices. They contain important information that will help keep this an organized, ordered system.
-- Respect each other, and comply with the requests of the Moderators. I have a lot of faith and know every person who is part of the Moderating team, and trust they'll not abuse their authority.
-- Take the time to introduce yourself! You're part of our community, take a seat and hang out for a while!
Allow me to welcome you...
My name is Gabriel. I am the owner and leader of this Guild. I'd personally like to thank you for joining...but as time is never on my side, this thread may just have to do. ((Nice huh? I really love you guys. xP))
Now, everyone who is accepted into this guild will be a part of it. We're a community, and we're based on people, not just the pixels that make up our characters. You're not going to be treated poorly if you don't have millions of gold. What matters here is how you act to other people. If you have only 10 gold to your name, but you are a good person, you'll always be welcome here. If you're a billionaire and treat others rudely and act in a childish manner, you'll be kicked out. Simple as that.
My personal introduction?
I am Gabriel, or to be known as Relgabrix here. "Rel", "Brix", or "Hey you" also work just fine. 3nodding
I'm the Founder of the Exchange Academy, and an Exchanger/Vender/Member here on Gaia. I'm very proud of this Guild, as it is a combined effort of myself and my friends to take a step in the right direction to fixing Gaia's economy.
I'm a friendly person who does his best to answer any and all questions asked of him.
I value my friends over any amount of wealth.
I do enjoy making profit.
I do love Gaia.
I love the colors white and black. I prefer white clothing over black clothing.
I have an OMG Hat in real life which I've named VO. xP
I hate AI. Like...alot.
I don't like n00bs, but I'll at least tolerate them...for a little while. xP

Member Rules, Moderator Rules, Guidelines, and your Pledge. Guild Rules: Rules for individual guild members: 1. Take responsibility for your posts, and post responsibly. The main forum will address general topics about Exchanging, Vending, ect - such as, but not limited to: Questions, quick tips, news, problems related to Exchanging/Vending, and Gaia in general.2. No flaming and/or harassment.Members are here to learn. How do you learn? By asking questions. You are not to flame or harrass someone for asking a question, no matter how "Dumb" you may think it is. IF you have nothing nice to say in the given situation, don't say anything at all. 3. No begging.Members of this guild are here to learn how to earn gold, they key word in that being "EARN". You're not welcome here if your intentions are to simply beg for gold. You may formally request help when it comes to loans, but try to keep it humble, and within reason.4. No swearing in topic titles. Let's try to keep things clean as you browse through the guild's thread titles. As for swearing in threads...feel free, but try not to overdo it. =P5. No off topic posts. There are several subforums in which to address most, appropriate questions. Please keep your topics in their assigned forums. Repetitive failure to do so will result in consequences.6. No member-related inflation. ((AKA Artificial Inflation))Artificial Inflation or (A.I) is strictly against my policies as an Exchanger. It is a despicable act that is breaking Gaia's economy. Artificial Inflation also is a cheap, honor less way of making profit, where in the common Gaians are exploited for profit. It will not be tolerated. Asking for A.I. Advice, or suggesting A.I. related activities in this guild will result in an immediate inquiry from me, which will very likely result in a ban from the guild. Ban Criteria: Violating the provided rules will result in a warning. Repetitive violations of the rules will result in a temporary ban from the guild. Extreme violations will result in a permanent ban from the guild. Moderator Rules: 1. Don't be rude to the members. We are not "superior" to them, so don't act as if you are. 2. Do not abuse your ability to edit posts or topics. 3. You and your friends must comply by the provided rules. There are no exceptions. 4. Stand proud and enforce the rules of this guild. 5. It is your place as a Moderator to help the members of this Guild. You are not required to answer a question if you do not know the answer, but please try to point members in the proper direction. 6. DO NOT delete threads. Please move threads into the "Lost and Found" forum.7. Do your best to be active. I know all of you very well, and if you aren't active...I'll cry. T.T------------------------------------------- Members - In the event you feel a Moderator is abusing his or her powers, you may PM me with your concerns. Provide links, (if possible) and let me know what you feel should be done. I'll take the time to look into the situation and act accordingly.
Also moderators please remember that if you do not comply by the rules you may be demoted, and even banned from the guild.
