I found it I found the pic of gackt in high school. I new i saw it some where and zi will put it up for all to see!.. yes i know you probly already seen it but I got all happy when I saw it! he had always been so darn hot and cute! Gackt oh and I found hyde too! it pays to be a stalker!! xd Hyde

LOL, yes, he's Japanese and he got a nose job to make him look a bit more 'European' as it was stated in an article about him.

Supposedly the whole nose surgery bit isn't true. His nose looks damn Japanese to me. And that isn't actually supposed to be him xd It's supposed to be a look-alike.

That is him from high school. It was on a Japanese tv show and he admitted it was him. He did have a nose job because he broke the bridge of his nose so he decided to make it a bit more narrow and european looking since he had to get surgery anyway.
Hyde has some European in him, which is why he doesn't look like most other Japanese men but it's very, very little European in him. Gackt himself is full blooded Japanese.
You don't have to accept this as the truth, this is just what I've gotten from various other sites from the web.
