problem #1: alright... this is how i draw a head...

except i draw it IRL and i draw it with a pencil... and prettier... abit >.>;;
now, as you can see, i didnt draw hair. why? becuase i dont know how -_-;;
now please, teach me how to draw normal ANIMEISH hair.
when i draw hair it looks like dark hay.

problem #2: i dont know how to make the eyes in diffrent angles. example: character turned its head left. i dunno how to draw the whole freaking head when it turns left D=
help?
