The members of SnS are divided between those who think weight gain is great and those who would like to shed their extra poundage. I remember a few months back one member thought those of us who wanted to lose weight were hypocrites...why join a guild that thinks 'big is beautiful' when you're not happy to be overweight? I informed the member that this guild was a place for every chubbeh *and chubbeh lover wink * person to feel accepted for who they are...a place for support and a place for us to not feel judged on our appearance.
But...I can understand why the people who love weight gain might feel that those of us who aren't happy to be as chubbeh are a tad hypocritical.
So on behalf of Vicious_Hideki...I ask you:
Which side do you take on the weight gain issue?
Do you think people who do not wish to be overweight should be part of a guild that is about the 'Soft and Sexy'?
Do you think that it doesn't matter if we love being overweight or if we want to lose, that we all should be welcomed in this guild?
Have you tried to gain weight yourself? Were you sucessful? Was your plan to gain weight accepted or scoffed at?
If you do not think intentional weight gain is acceptable/safe, have you ever tried to tell someone NOT to gain weight, even though you know that's what they desire to do?
Do you intend on losing/gaining weight or maintaining? If you decided on maintaining, how long did it take for you to be comfortable in your own skin?

There are levels of chub-ness.
I feel chubbeh now, and I'm happy the way I am, but if I weight 100 pounds more, I might not.
Am I making sense? ^^;;

I am a feeder and consequently approve of girls gaining weight and larger forms in general, but I am myself skinny as a proverbial rail. I don't have any interest in gaining myself, so I feel I am in no position to push my views and tastes on others. It would be hypocritical of me to say that girls should be happy being fat when personally intend to stay thin.
I more or less am comfortable with my current weight, aside from the occasionally dips in my self-image that every teenager experiences, but I don't really go out of the way to maintain it.

If people want to gain weight, great. Let them do what they want to do.
Being one of the people who hates being fat, I'm going to have to say yes here.. I think anyone who is big, wants to be big, or accepts big should be allowed.
Yeah, it doesn't matter. It shouldn't, anyways.

I've never dealt with someone who's tried to gain weight. -shrug- But I think as long as they are doing it safely, fine.
I am trying to lose weight right now. I don't want to be /skinny/, but I definitely don't like being this big. So. Yeah.

... hm... I'm told I'm overweight, and I know I am. I'd like to lose a few extra pounds, and yet I feel content as is. If I GAINED a another 20, then I'd be a sad camper, so I'm working on the downward trend. 3nodding

well really from what I have seen there is not shortage of guys that are feeders but rarely do you find a girl that is a feedee to be honest I don't think I have ever met a girl that was a true feedee but I have met many feeders. Most of the time here at S&S I see two types of girls
1. Are confy with their weight
2. Wish to lose weight
I only see a very small handful of number one and I see the vast majorty being number two, they may not diet but they at least wish they were smaller. however this is genrealizeing it quite a bit I am sure there are Feedee girls out there they are just hard to find sometimes however you can find quite a few people that are truely are confy with there weight. I could never be a true feeder becuase I dislike forceing people to do things really..and I want the girl to be happy, I haven't ever met a feedee so its doubtful i will change. Anyways just my Two Copper Peices
EDIT: Also I have noticed quite a few males that wish to gain weight as well i'm not sure why there is most of the time more females than males but *shrugs* that is what I have seen

Actually, when i tried to gain weight, i ended up loosing 10 pounds. I mean i didnt need to loose that!! I'm down to 140, i really do try to gain cause alot of the girls i like like to have softer and more snuggleable men.. But damn my metabolism!
Also i have to agree with how hard it is to find a Feedee.. I mean, if you don't wanna gain IRL, but love the idea and would like to atleast RP it, a coule then atleast be content. I've said it earlier that i really feel speechless and out of place in places that are full of talk about loosing weight or getting reductions and the such.

I like where I am right now. If I lose weight, I lose weight. If I gain weight, I gain weight.
I wouldn't having a bit more fluff in the shelving units though. Its hard finding 40B/42B bras. =/ At least a 40C, and I'd be happy lol.
