The Story So Far

Jr. and chaos were on the Elsa when they got a distress call. Someone was in trouble out near Second Miltia. But the group was unable to determine who sent the call. They had to go investigate.

When Jr. investigated, he found out that it was a trap set by Albedo. He also found out that Albedo was holding his sister Alka captive. After saving Alka, Jr. took her back to the Elsa to get medical attention. She was badly hurt, but not all of the injuries were from Albedo. Most of them were caused by Yuriev's treatment towards her when she was a child.

While on the Elsa and when they arrived at the Durandel, Jr. and Alka began to rekindle the bond they had back when they lived at the Yuriev Institute together. This was stopped by Albedo, however, when he taunted them through the URTV link. Alka went back into her shell and became depressed once more.

In order to protect Alka and the people that he cared about from Albedo, Jr. knew that he had to settle things once and for all. Sneaking out of the Durandel on Asher, Jr. took off on his own to stop his crazed brother. They had their final battle within a UMN constructed creation of the Yuriev Institute. Filled with rage, Jr. unleashed the full force of the Red Dragon on Albedo and killed him.

Albedo's death saddened Jr., but an image of Sakura helped him realize that he still had people that he needed to protect. Jr. returned to the Durandel after the final battle and apologized for leaving Alka alone while he was away. The Durandel took them to the Foundation, but Jr. and Alka fell asleep in the park on the Durandel right as the ship arrived.

In their dreams, Yuriev has appeared. When they woke up, Alka was worried about Gaignun and wanted to check on him. She and her brother went to Gaignun's room to see with their own eyes what was wrong. They were horrified to see that Gaignun had transformed into their father. Letting her rage take control of her and using her URTV powers, Alka surpressed Yuriev and he had to retreat into the back of Gaignun's mind once again.

Yakura, who had seen the whole thing, was upset by the experience and went to the park on the Durandel to think. Despite Momo's attempts to comfort her, Yakura was overwhelmed with sadness. When Jr. went to check on her, U-DO waves were pouring out of her body and it was like she was transforming somehow.

Jr. and Alka tried to calm her down, but it didn't work. Finally, Gaignun came to the girl's aide and confessed his love for her. This made Yakura happy and the two embraced each other. The transformation stopped for the time being, but it was only a matter of time before Crimson would awaken.

Jr. decided to go with Alka and Gaignun to the Foundation for a trip to the beach. When the three of them were in the bakery getting sweet bread, Jr. suggested that Gaignun go see if Yakura wanted to come with them. Gaignun went back to the Durandel to see her and ask. Jr. and Alka went shopping to find Alka a swimsuit.

At the beach, Jr. was teaching Alka how to swim. They talked about the mistake she made back at the Yuriev Instuite years ago that caused her to lose her voice. Alka cried when she remembered what she had done. Jr. tried to comfort her and eventually she calmed down. Then they made a sand castle together.

While Jr. and Alka were at the beach, Gaignun found Yakura and asked her if she wanted to go to the beach with him and Jr. He didn't mention Alka because he knew that Yakura didn't like her. Yakura told him she wanted to go and put on her swimsuit. While getting his swimsuit and some bath robes, Yakura talked with Gaignun.

At the same time URTV number 668, Citrine, was waiting for her father's commands inside of her AGWS out in space. Yuriev contacted her and told her to meet him at the Foundation, so she went there. Citrine landed her AGWS and waited for more orders in the streets of the Foundation. Eventually he told her to head toward the beach.

When Yakura and Gaignun finally arrived at the beach, Gaignun started feeling strange. Yuriev took over his body once more and hit Yakura. He taunted the girl and the two began to fight. Jr. and Alka witnessed this happening. For some unknown reason, Alka began walking toward Yakura and Yuriev. Yakura, in her rage, destroyed Alka's ability to talk through the URTV link. She wanted to kill Alka and everyone else. Jr. realized what had happened and didn't know what to do.

Just when he thought things couldn't get any more confusing or worse, Jr. was surprised yet again. Coming out of the shadows, Citrine revealed her presense. Alka jumped between Yuriev and Yakura, blocking one of Yakura's blows from hitting her father. She wanted her father's love so much that she was willing to protect him even after everything he had done to her. She fell to the ground and her ribs snapped.

Jr. tried to run and help Alka, but Citrine blocked his path. Enraged, Jr. unleashed the Red Dragon. Suddenly, Albedo appeared and his rage grew smaller when he saw his brother was alive. Albedo handed Alka to Jr. and critisised his foolish father. But as Jr. tried to heal Alka, Citrine shot him in the arm. Thinking that Alka was dead and still feeling anger, Jr. yet again used the Red Dragon. The full force of the Red Dragon hit Citrine and killed her.

Alka woke up, alive because Jr.'s healing earlier before Citrine's attack had worked. Albedo told Jr. that Alka was still alive and they both went to her. Jealous because Albedo and Jr. were more concerned for Alka's well being than hers, Yakura went over and almost hit Alka. She asked them why Alka was so special. Then Alka spoke to her in a sweet, childlike voice telling her not to be sad. Yakura calmed down when she heard Alka speak to her and passed out on Alka's chest. Albedo and Jr. were relieved that they were both all right and then turned their attention to Yuriev.

Jr. told Yuirev that what he was doing was wrong and that he would stop him. Yuriev responded and at some point said that Alka was worthless. Alka got up and exclaimed that she wasn't worthless. Yuriev went after Alka and rammed her in her broken ribs. Jr. apologized to Gaignun before sending a flurry of attacks into Yuriev. In response, Yuirev used the powers he received from his U-DO contamination against Albedo and Alka. The U-DO waves did nothing to Albedo, but they hit Alka.

Pissed off once again, Jr. attacked Yureiv and didn't care about the consequenes. Albedo stopped him, however, and told him to form the link. Jr. was worried for Gaignun's safety, so before completing the link he called to his brother once more. He didn't want to kill Gaignun, but he had to save Alka from their father. Gaignun responded, telling them to use the link and that everything would work out. He told them sayonara as the twins formed the link and destoryed Yuriev once and for all.

Gaignun and Alka fell on the ground. Alka was sobbing and Gaignun's body was still. Jr. and Albedo checked to see if their siblings were all right. The corpse of Gaignun wore an expression of calmness and peacefulness. Jr. cried and mourned Gaignun's death as Albedo comforted him, but then Jr. got up and went to check on Alka.

What's Happening Now

At the beach on the Foundation, the battle agiant Yuriev is finally over. Jr. has just realized that Gaignun is dead and is sad, but has to check on Alka.

I don't think liking him makes you loony. We all love Albedo. Yes you can be him.

Albedo smirked to himself, as he flickered the distress beacon on and off a couple of times. He knew that the nearest ship was the Elsa, and his dear eldest brother Rubedo was on board. He allowed himself a deep cackle of twisted mirth, as he glanced over at his unconscious captive. This would be fun, oh yes it would be indeed! The pleasurable thoughts of forecoming malice were enough for Albedo to tilt back his head and laugh manaically.

((*bows* At your service, my friend. And unless you want a regular character to be the captive, it's my fan character Alka.))

Albedo watched the Elsa approach, the grin on his face truely terrifying. An insane light twinkled in his eyes, as he reached for the master power switch. A silent countdown, and the flickered the switch, giving the Elsa and her fine crew the illsion that the 'distressed' ship had suffered a catastrophic system shutdown. He sat next to his unconscious victim, and waited for his brother. "You think this is a ship in trouble, but you will be the one in peril, my dear Rubedo..."

Albedo fidgeted in place, hardly able to contain himself. He was having so much fun already, and it hadn't even started yet. "Ruuuubedo, oh Ruuuubedo!" he called out in the darkness, his voice a purr, one that would make anyone shiver in fright. He called out mentally to his beloved twin, tempting him to come closer, agaisnt common logic. He sent slight feelings of urgency to him, hopinbg to goad the eternal child into hasty action. Beside him, his captive stirred, panic brushing against a barely-awakening mind. "Soon.... Rubedo will be here soon." Albedo said, cackling again.
