(May I say this is after the Kubwa/Boma arpee, I keep cramming so much before it, I'd like there to be soemthing afterward.)
Boma'burudi slunk across the borders of the Pridelands thinking of what exactly to do next, there was no way she was going to head back into the lands. But of course, fate has its own agenda and she may eventually be heading back. Her heart was pounding as she listened to the earth's melody.
Thoughts of the week before surfaced, being close to a mortal, smelling him, and being loving towards him..everything felt different and she was terrified. So much so that she was wandering towards the pond where she had first bathed and washed the water from her eyes, and met Mtima. She hid her wings for the first time in her life, glammering herself so that she looked like a normal rogue lioness, she was not creative in this area and her fur was just pure tan, no gems, no darkness or detail.

The black and green maned wolf was sick in a sense, despite the 'help' she had recieved from others to help her get through 'sickness'. The fact of the matter was that the normally cryptic maned wolf was going through a rough patch in time. She was going through something she never hoped to. The female was becoming just like her mother, and that was what frightened her the most, would she end up abandoning the daughter that needs her like her mother did?
So many thoughts swirled in her mind and Siria'Chunuka did not pay attention to what was infront of her. As she came close to the desguised god she paid no heed that she was coming dangerously close to falling into the water until a soft voice chirped up causing her to pause just before steping into the pond.
"Mommy, stop, you don't want to get wet like last time do you?" The soft voice of a sea-greenish maned wolf pup chirped up stopping the older one in mid-step it was then that she noticed the lion, but said nothing of it before watching her mother to see if she would act crazy like the last time.

Boma smiled wearily as she spotted the maned wolf and the even smaller maned wolf pup. it was not everyday she saw their kind, she saw lions, and fromt ime to time a wandering hyena, but maned wolves? She seemed to think then a missing species.
"Hello there!" she called from the other side of the pond, her soft two-toned eyes glittering, "I mean you no harm, I'm passing through, care to stop for a moment?" the lioness smiled her teeth glittering. She noticed she was beside the pond..but no recognition was given to it. She felt different being precieved as merely a lion and not a god..and she was hoping she could feel this way a bit more.

Shiriah'Lejali smiled and cheerfully called back. "Hello to you too ma'am!." The younger maned wolf was a bit more social, at this time than her mother was, still she could not blame the older of the pair, but things happened for a reason. "How are you this good day?"
Head snapping to look at the speaker of the voice Siria mearly stared at the other. Saying nothing she took a seat next to the pond and mearly watched as her daughter tried to make conversation with the lion. It seemed that every where she went she ran into a lion.

Boma'burudi slowly made her way arond the pond towards them, she did not want to scare them off, or even to make them angry by advancing too quickly. What would she do if they ran? Simply walk away, even if she didn't want to. She smiled inwardly, the younger had spoken first, that was certainly a good sign..or a bad one, considering the older may be ill.
"Nice to hear a friendly voice," she said she was quite close to them now, "I am Boma, a rogue lioness passing through, it always seems I see lions before maned wolves, who might you two be?" She did not mean to seem bossy, she was just generally curious about the smaller green creatures.

Lejali smiled at the lioness, noting that she was getting closer. She wanted to talk to this lioness so she willed silently that her mother would be on her best behavior. "It is the same to you too ma'am." The pup replied cheerfully.
"My name is Shiriah'Lejali, but please call me Lejali, and this is my mother Siria'Chunuka....." Slience followed her words as she chose her next words carefully. "Do not mind her, she is going through a hard time."
Siria studied the lion carefully, there was something odd about her but she couldn't place it. All of the rouge lions she had met never stated that they were rouge and this lioness doing so made her suspicious.

She nodded listening to the little sea foam green pup and then turned to her mother, "Alright you alright Miss Siria? Excuse me for shortening yourname. You look as if you're aweful tense, I will leave if my prescence bothers you?"
She smiled wearily looking at Siria, she didn't seem right at all, Boma got a weird feeling from this paring, the daughter speaking for the mother.....
"Litte Lejali, you're aweful smart! Where do you hail from?" she looked back down at the smaller green form.

There was something about the lioness before them that seemed wrong, like she was hiding something. Siria'Chunuka did not like that, not at all, it bothered her when she believed that someone was hiding something. "Are you hiding something?"
Siria was normally one to weave around a question, getting the answer without asking the question directly, but then again things weren't normal for her, not just yet.
Lejali dipped her head in slight-shame at her mothers rudeness. Trying to change the subject she answered the lionesses question. "Thank you for the compliment, I don't hail from anywhere since my mother and I are always on the move, perhaps some day I'll have a place I want to settle but as for now I'm comfortable wandering." A nod came after her words as if she was agreeing with the fact that she hadn't come from a specific place as home.

"I hide nothing, and everything," she answered cryptically, how could she show a small minded maned wolf her clestial metallic wings? Bah, there would be no need for that. The maned wolf was smart, but not smart enough.
"Perhaps you will find the pridelands to your liking," she said awkwardly almost spitting the name, she had not found them pleasant at all! "'ware though, lions roam where others do not call home..."

"Is that so? It is obvious to those who have been around many that you are no one ordinary, that you are hiding something, something big, something that is mearly hidden by illusions." Siria retorted at the other her yellow eyes narrowing. Something was there that the other didn't want to so, as for what? Well that was to be found out. "If there is no reason to hide whatever it is you are hiding then why do so?"
So many questions swirled through the normal cryptic maned wolf's mind.
A soft groan escaped the younger maned wolf when she heard her mothers words.
Why must she always be like that?
The thought crossed her mind as she turned her attention back to the lioness. "I apologize, she has been acting extremely weird as of late." A pause, "Perhaps one day I may settle here but I do have the urge to visit the world to see and experience what some only dream of."

"No need to apologize, little maned wolf, it is obvious your mother is suffering from delusions, perhaps you need to find a healer to try and sort out what is wrong? I hide nothing, everyone has small secrets," she said turning to each maned wolf respectively. How could the wolves pick up on her hiding something so quickly? Was she too eager to explain herself? Did she look too plain and thus she did not fit in well with the perceived notion of lionesses?
"Settle for nothing, little one, live your life to the fullest, it is how I try to live mine," she bowed her head in respect, mortals did not know just how short their lives really were. She raised her eyes before they were brown and now they were a startling green as she allowed her guise to slip momentarily, instantly flashing back to their chocolate tone.

"That may be..." The young female mumbled looking to the ground. Most of the time she didn't mind the strange way that her mother had been acting since day one but it was times like these that she was embarrassed of her. Siria tended to be rude and simply blunt when she was like how she was now. At other times she was simply just not...there, her body was but her mind was in a different place completely.
Heaving a heavy sigh she looked back up at the lioness. A gasp escaped her maw when she caught the flicker of green to brown. Blinking she saw that Boma's eyes were simply brown and shook her head. Her mind must be playing tricks on her. "I...I will be sure to live life to the fullest," she mumbled.
A smirk flitted across the older canine's maw when she too caught the sudden change of color. Surprisingly however she didn't comment on it letting the subject drop. Flicking her tail she circled the lioness once more before letting her gaze fall to her daughter. "Lejali." She stated before falling silent shaking her head. "Nevermind."

She inhaled sharply thinking her little slip up with eye color to be close and at a very horrible time, she was almost convinced the older maned wolf saw something but she quickly said nevermind. "I think that our little meeting should come to some sort of end, don't you? I stopped to talk, but being asked what I'm hiding is so.." she did not have a word in her vocabulary to describe what she thought it was. Rude? No, she was hiding something the female was intuitive enough to pick up on her hiding anything at all.
"We all most have our secrets, it makes us individuals, I'm sure, little mother that you have secrets from your daughter? And little daughter, why don't you ask your mother these questions sometime, ask her of her secrets?" She smirked hoping to ignite a fight that would happen once she left. Daughters often questioned authority and she was determined to get this daughter to do just that.

Lejali nodded wordlessly knowing that then end of this meeting was probably one of the wisest ideas to do, after all her mother was rather rude about things. "It's for the best I believe. Although things weren't....the best it was nice to meet you." She told the other with a polite nod.
Her black ears flickered at the other's words as she had begun to turn. Glancing back she tilted her head. "I know that there are things that she is hiding," she stated calmly her expression almost asking why she asked the question. "One day she'll tell me, but for now I need to take care of her and I can't let hidden secrets get in the way."
The young pup was forced to grow up much earlier than her time. Her mother needed her now and she wouldn't let anything stop her from being there and helping her.
Siria glanced back at the lioness masking the smirk that tried to make it's way out into the open. "Go on Lejali I'll be with you in a moment." She instructed recieving a nod from the pup as she trotted away. Stepping closer to Boma she spoke. "I know what you are hiding." She whispered thinking back to the talk of gods who could mask their appearance and that was what Siria thought the lioness was.
"Bye." She said before trotting off to her daughter.

"It was lovely meeting the two of you, like I said, I usually just see lions!" She exclaimed overly cheerful in her excitement to say goodbye, she did not find their meeting aweful, possibly just enlightening. She needed to rethink her ability to guise herself, and why the wolf had seen through it so quickly.
"Wise beyond your years little Lejali," she said as the younger mane wolf departed and turned on the mother hoping to hear just what it was she did not want her daughter to hear.
"Oh, ho, I'm sure you must, little maned wolf, but who would believe someone so crazy and delusional as you?" she murmured and for a moment you could almost hear the rustling of wings. She watched the female go and started trotting off in the other direction laughing.
