She stretched her wings,w hat time was it anyway? Her white wings spread out wide, then she pulled them against her back. The black feather tips blended into her black pelt somewhat. However, her bright white stripes that seemed to glow with the blue accented around them made her wings appear to glow as well. She flicked her white tufted tail and peered around.
She still hadn't found her yet.
Nix'Annada sighed and began to walk. "A walk might do me well..." she said now bothering to raise her blue eyes to look at anything. She wasn't sure if anyone was around. She always acted so energetic, but lately, she had been lonely. Not able to find her literal sister. So lonely these days.
"Must stay optimistic," she said with a smile. Yes, perhaps this day would turn out better then she believed. She stopped at a clear pool of water and leaned her neck forward, and drank some of the cool water. She purred, so nice to have on a hot day.

A slender, ghostly figure was slinking his way across the savannah in those morning hours. His gold shoulder accents glistened a bit in the sun under a light coating of soot that had yet to wash completely out. What an unbelievable trek. Absolutely unbelievable!
It wasn't that the young male was angry or upset, simply that he'd been taken for surprise through the last weeks. What had started as a simple journey to bring his sister and her escort to their destintion at the border of the Firekin lands had turned around into quite a mess. His fur was still just a tad singed in spots, from the fire that he and those others had managed to escape. Now, to top everything else off there was this talk of a pride, and a need for leaders? Lords? The mind boggled!
So, he supposed the first thing he'd do when he got back home was to think long and hard about it. Really, it wasn't the kind of position he wished to pass up, it would mean he could do something meaningful with his life, since he didn't have the love of a mate, or the thrill of adventure, like his parents or his sister. He'd often found himself wondering what life might toss his way, though he could've been content to stay in the Pridelands as well, hunting, or maybe guarding the borders...
But this, this golden opprotunity had revealed itself, he was certainly not about to pass it up! He slowed to a stop as he spotted a lion ahead, a male, he'd guess on first glance, until her scent all but smacked him in the nose-- A female?? With a mane like that?? And HORNS? ...... And were those.... wings?
Jing'fei's ears drooped a bit flat against the sides of his head as he stared, unable to believe what he was seeing. A goddess, standing right before his very eyes. He'd only heard of them in passing in his mother's stories, he couldn't believe that he was seeing one now. He must've either died in that fire, and the star-filled heavens were a lot like Earth.... or he'd hit his head in that fire and was just going outright insane. Which was it?
"I don't believe what I'm seeing." He muttered to himself before scrubbing with his foreleg at his eyes underneath his mane.

Nix'Annada heard something behind her, either that or she just felt like there were eyes upon her. Should I turn, or should I not? She was curious to see what or who was behind her, but then again, some things that came up from behind weren't the most pleasant or things, especially if it was a stranger with a grudge against immortals or something of that sort. She peered over her shoulder slightly though, enough to see a white pelted male with golden accents on his shoulders, his eyes seemed so crisp and warm.
She offered a smile as her light blue eyes set on his figure, she felt a jolt in her arms, tried to keep the electricity inside so that it would not show itself around her forearms, sometimes others were taken off guard by it, even frightened sometimes.
Though there was the occasional stranger that thought it was sheer beauty in light.
"Hello," she said softly, though loud enough for him to hear her voice, she was a bit nervous, she had to admit it, she flicked her white tufted tail and turned around to face him, the stripes on her back reflected the suns light and had them appear to glow for a moment in time. "Are you alright?" she said with a slight laugh/giggle, males were so funny sometimes.
