sweetnessfairy WOOT!!! blaugh *huggles* Anagove The only thing I have to worry about now is not getting evicted! ...uhh..... eek It's a big sucky thing. I am required to have a remote boiler shut off in my house somewhere, anywhere, as long as it's away from the boiler. The Fire Safety guy didn't find one and told me to talk to my landlord and they would reinburse him up to 250$ EXCEPT... the kids aren't on my lease and the landlord doesn't know they're here, so.... sticky situation. Im going to ask my downstairs neighbours if they have it. smile

That wouldn't work. WHY would I want a remote boiler switch SO BAD enough that the STATE would reimburse... if they weren't living here?

DeGei Return_of_Watanuki-san What did you get the check for? If you don't mind me asking. Child support/ welfare Yes, but no. I am not on Welfare, and it is not technically Child Support. I am being payed by the state to do a JOB and the JOB is taking care of my brothers. I get given money to help with my bills, and taking care of them, but it is still basically getting paid to do a job.

The gov't does all sorts of wierd things... tell him that the state is willing to do it, act like it's a reference to some health bill passed... and it's something that is required by the fire chief... o.O And I'm happy to hear that things seem to be going okay for ya! ^_^
