I know Edward doesn't have a love interest, but if he did, who do you think it'd be?

-there is that episode towards the end when the old lady (gahh forgot her name) claims that Ed likes Rose. But I don't think so, do you??

-there is the gypsy girl from the movie. but I didn't like her too much, :/ she was kinda self-centred @.@

-and Winry?? I guess she my best bet, but I really think she is just friends with Ed.

I think it would be Ed and Winry. If you look in the manga there is a stronger portrayl of a "thing" going on w/ them. I know many cringe at the EdWin thought and as a matter of fact so did I until I read the manga.
Winry's character is portrayed better. wink

Winry. Actually there's a part when Winry wants to braid Ed's hair (can't remember what ep) but it seemed pretty suggestive. Maybe it's just me.

Call me crazy, but I'm kind of a closet EdxRose fan. Don't get me wrong, I think Ed and Winry would be a cute idea, but that's really it. I don't think they could really have a deep, romantic relationship (I don't know why... I just can't picture it). I think they have too much of a friend/sibilng kind of relationship. In the manga though, it's completely different o_O In the manga there are a lot more hints.

(I'm actually a closet AlxWinry fan so I'm a little biased ^^: )

I just like the idea of EdxRose because I can just picture him stepping into her life and being a father figure to her kid ^^; Plus it's just cute (she's taller than him, lmao!).

Winry. Ed seems to want to protect her, just as much as he would want to protect Al. Also, the little hints in the anime help xD.

The manga completely goes into the direction that they are a couple, which I really like. I thought it was really cute and quite obvious when Riza asked Ed, "You love Winry-chan, don't you?" Hehe x3.
