Shin had spent a good half hour searching for the number that he'd gotten from the blonde woman, he was supposed to let her know when the Godling had appeared. After finally finding where the paper that had the number upon he felt rather accomplished as if he'd accomplish some sort of great feat. Small place and yet with four, now five guys living in it there was a lot of mess and clutter, "Huh... her name is Rouge huh?" He'd not asked before the stuff that occurred before the meeting having left him a bit confused/staggered so names weren't as important at the moment as the fact that he was getting a Godling to raise.
"Wonder if shes home." He said to the one that was laying in the pen, growling, grummbling, and from the looks of things trying his hardest to gnaw his rattle in half.
Vishal looked up at his guardian for a moment before going back to what he was doing, he would figure out what was in this rattle and what made a rattle, rattle! Even if it meant chewing his way inside to where the answer lay.
Shin gave a bit of a smirk before he dialed in the number for the woman, hoping she was about to get it.

Luckily the number Rouge had given him was her cell number. "Aloha." she said, checking the caller I.D. she'd added to it. Ah the monster hunter dude. "What's up? Did you get your kid?"
At the word kid Diyaka's ears perked up. His main playmate was out with her "Mommy" and "daddy" today. The three were on a special family trip together and he was very very lonely. Dia didn't like being without someone to pay attention to him. His Mommy was fun but that didn't really substitute for a child. He knew her already as Mommy. A new person or a little kid would be nice. She had said kid so there must be another baby who could play with him!
The small baby boy clung to Rouge's pantleg, tugging. He wanted to play with a kiddlet. Rouge fluffed his hair, to shush him for a few. She hoped maybe Shin's kid would come and play or something. A lonely Dia was a sad sad sight.

"Yes, I got the little monster." Was his greeting. He was glad he was able to get ahold of her so easily as this, "So after reporting in what is it that I am supposed to do?" He was curious if she just wanted to have him call in to make sure that he wasn't planning on dumping the Monster Godling off somewhere.
Something that while it crossed the mind he wouldn't do at the moment. Maybe when the brat got old enough to fend for himself in the wild...
Vishal was starring at the white haired man as if his mind had snapped, why was he talking into a box? Did he expect for the box to talk back to him? Interest in the rattle was lost to instead watch after his insane guardian, it was far more amusing to watch...

"Well that's good. I kind of needed to know so I could check up on average timings. Some come later or earlier then others." she said, eye on Dia as he chewed on his neko plush waiting for Rouge to stop talkign on her phone. He'd seen her do it before so it didn't interest him that much. But he wanted to know about a kid.
"Say, would you and the kid be up to coming to the ship? My godling is kind of without a playmate today. Your other kids and you could explore the ship while they play. He really needs someone his own age to play with."

"Ahhh, I see. Well yeah it took the time that you mentioned when we first met. Two days." At least almost two days anyways, close enough to being that, "So I suppose he is maybe on time then?"
He glanced over at the kid at her question before he gave a nod of his head, then realized she couldn't see that, "Oh. Yeah I don't see why not. I am sure that the kid no doubt would like to me one of his own." Maybe? Who was to say that the Godling would want to meet up with other Godlings, would he social with them? Would be bite them as it would seem was his normal greeting for people? He wasn't sure but... if the kid playing with another kid meant time off for him and meeting up again with the blonde that knew more about the Tison Gods then... well he supposed he could deal with being social. As it wasn't he didn't have any jobs lined up today.
"Yeah, sounds good. Where should I meet you and your kid."

"Outside of your house is fine. The Samadueanna's been hovering over gaia all day. We can get there pretty fast. We'll bring you guys up and you can chill for a while." she said with a grin. "Just go outside. Take the older boys along if you like."
Dia had started to bounce and chew his toy more with his gums. Oh yeah! Another baby to play with! biggrin DD Whether most kids were social Dia sure was. And he was bouncy and liked to chew on things so he shouldn't be too bad.

The hunter gave a 'hrm' sound, "Alright, I will see you shortly then." He said before hanging up. The hunter then walked over to the pen to look down into it, "Alright brat, we will be going if you refrain from attempting take off one of my hands." He told him, reaching down to pick up the boy. He was wearing the simple clothing that Shin picked up at the store after learning the gender of the boy. Vishal held his rattle between his teeth, glaring up at his guardian beofre he went back to his gnawings.
What a damn weird child...
He did as he was told then, heading outside to wait for the ship. The older kids could wait behind this time. Let Vishal meet one of his kind one on one and maybe the other three could come along the next time, "We are going to visit another God." He told Vishal, "Give you someone of your own kind to play around with. No doubt that will be more amusing then playing around in the pen."
Vishal grunted his response, eyes looking back and forth as they went outside to take in the new surroundings.

When they stepped outside it was almost a "beam me up Scotty" type thing. After matierializing they found themselves in a rather large soft room. Rouge was sitting in a chair by what looked like a padded door. A small baby boy was sitting on the floor, gumming the ear of a plush kitten. He seemed a bit bigger then most babies and rather cute-what with an upturned nose, huge eyes, and a big grin around the kitten's ear-pretty friendly. But he dropped the kitten in favor of waving profusly at Vishal. How was this gonna work? Well at least the kid showed he could bite even without teeth-the neko's ear was pretty chewed up. Meant they had one thing in common.
Rouge smiled and stood up. "If you leave your kid in here we can go on a tour of the ship or go get a drink. They should be fine in here. And there's plenty to chew on." she said, noting what Vishal was doing.

Shin gave a little bit of a jolt then looked around as he went from outside his place to being in the padded room. That was... very, very weird he thought to himself and wasn't very sure how much he liked that mode of travel. He was sure that it was something that he was going to have to get used to though if he were gonna be coming often to the ship. He glanced over at Dia then down to Vishal, "Here you go." He said, then laid Vishal down on his belly in front of the other boy.
Vishal lifted up onto his elbows to look him over, then tilted his head to the side... he starred at the other boy and tried to figured out what it was. He felt as if... not that he knew him, he didn't but he felt familiar from somewhere. How curious. Vishal grummbled and wrapped his hands around his rattle, dragging it closer to himself as if to show the other child that he was in fact NOT going to share this, not until he broke it open and figured out what was making the rattling sound inside of it.
While some parents would be unsure about leaving two babies alone together, especially two babies that had a tendency to bite things with no guarntee they wouldn't soon be gnawing on each other, Shin didn't have such reservations. In fact after setting the boy down he looked to Rouge, "Lead on." He said, sure a tour and/or a drink would be good. Either or and a break from Vishal, life was good.

Dia pulled his neko plush closer in the same way, chewing on the ear more. He knew what a rattle was. Feejhu had one. He didn't like them. They hurt his head. But that may just be because Feejhu threw it at him a lot. He liked soft toys better.
Rouge smiled and opened the door, leading Shin out. The building was large and the first place she intended to take him was the mess hall. It was nearest after all and the most popular room on the ship. Today it was kind of desserted except for a strange woman with a white pompadour who was drinking from a large hip flask and throwing golden darts at the wall where a dartboard had been placed. She had a large fresh pizza on the table as well that she had a piece from in hand when she threw.
"Ah just in time. Shin, I'd like you to meet my friend Dartie." Rouge said with a smirk. The woman at that comment misthrew-missing the bullseye by a centimeter.
"The name's Dartsmoore. Charlene Phillip Dartsmoore." the white haired woman said, turning. She wore leather clothing that revealed a lot and had partially concealed weapons all over the place. From her one ear hung a large fang and her blue tinged hair shadowed her face to give her a strange look.
Meanwhile Dia had decided to make conversation now he'd established that he had his own toy. "wo!" He said cheerfully waving

Shin looked around as they walked on, giving the woman a glance as she spoke and followed her words and gaze over to the other woman. He lifted an eyebrow, Shin had to admit this ship was starting to seem that much more interesting to him, it seemed to be filled with a lot of women and he couldn't say he didn't like that. In fact he was a big fan of women, "Hello Ms Dartsmoore." He said, "Shin Freed is my name." He held a hand out for a shake.
Vishal watched the other kid closely, relaxing his guard over his rattle slightly since it seemed as if the other boy wasn't going to steal his toy. He wathced him as he waved at him. He tilted his head to the side, "Kya?" He asked.
This kid seemed as friendly as the blond puppyboy he dealt with at home he thought to himself. He rested his head on his crossed arms, watching him closely.

Dartsmoore smirked a bit and shook his hand with her currently dart free hand. For a woman who looked like she probably was using these small darts to practice for a kill. The flask by her side smelled slightly of strong whiskey but she seemed okay besides her strangely flowing manner and drawling voice.
"Just call me Dartsmoore." she said with a nod.
Rouge smiled and walked over to the bar, hoping behind it. "Need a drink of somethign?" she asked. Suddenly when the sound of her boots hit there was a loud "OWWTF?!" from behind the bar.
Suddenly a pair of very large pink puffy pigtails popped out from behind the bar. A girl of what appeared to be about eleven with a very freckley face and rosy cheeks seemed to be rubbing a small red mark on her head from where Rouge had accidentally hit her with her boot. This girl wore a pair of oil stained overalls, a purple t-shirt, and a red bandana. THe bandana had white polka dots on it and was tied over her head between her large pigtails and her poofy bands. Her overalls had a tool belt which had everything from wrenches to powerdrills. She had black stains on her cheeks and tough working hands. Hopping onto the bar the small girl grumbled. "Look where you're going kid. You've nearly cracked my skull with those clunky things you call shoes."
It was kind of odd seeing a woman of Rouge's height and build being called kid by a small child. But there was something about the girl's diction that made her seem strangely...older. Her voice was definatly matching her age but her words sounded as if there was something deceptive with her.
Rouge blushed a bit. "Sorry K." she said before turning to Shin. "This is Kah-Hyn Murica or Karyn Marina as we call her. She's the ship's engineer."
"Yeah and I was just finished fixing the one coffee maker when you landed on me." the girl grumbled.
Dia giggled a bit as Vishal spoke. He seemed really nice! biggrin Crawling over-something he'd learned from Tan Pan who crawled around looking for things a lot-he poked the other boy lightly on the nose. It wasn't a violent poke just a friendly one. He seemed to be trying to make some sort of contact. "Fufufu." he giggled.

He nodded, "Dartsmoore then." He said, an interesting woman that was for sure. Not to ofter that you saw warrior women, or at least maybe not often enough? The others hunters he normally came in contact with were male for the most part, he wondered at the jobs that Dartsmoore did. Was she a hunter maybe too? The fang she wore made him think on it.
"Ahh, sure. A drink would be..." He gave a little jump at the loud voice that suddenly issued from behind the counter, someone that was just nearly squished it would seem. He looked the woman over for a moment, was it just him or... was that little girl not that little? He wasn't sure what it was, maybe it was her voice? Or the air she had about her? Hard for him to tell exactly but there was something about her, "Its good to meet you too Karyn Marina." He said to the pinked haired engineer.
Vishal blinked, eyes widening somewhat. Hold on... how did that boy move like that? He wanted to demanded answers of him but instead it came out as a growling, grummbling sound instead. Just baby babble that wasn't going to get him the secrets of crawling that he wanted.
Then he was poked! Vishal gave an indignant sort of sound, puffing up, "KYA!" He told Dia, giving the finger a cross eyed look. Once, just once would he allow the poke and that was only because this child had the secrets of movement, of crawling. The secrets would be ones he could pass on though if he was poked agian, next time he would bite!

Dia giggled again at the growling and sat up. He liked watching people. He was a lucky baby developing size and motor skills before others. But sadly for him he'd be a midget when the others grew big and strong. Poor Dia.
Leaning forward he pet the top of the puffed up boy's head. The boy was making noises like Tan Dei's cat. It was a mean kitty. Well mean to everyone else-including Tan Dei. But the cat liked Dia because he pet it and didn't claw it's brains out-Tan Dei never cut her nails.
Dia giggled again and then noticed he'd left his toy on the other end of the room. Oh no! He wanted his Neko! Leaning forward to put his weight on his hands again he crawled back to the toy, picking it up by the ear and taking it back to where Vishal was and flopping down. He was tired from all that crawling.
Karyn smirked somewhat. "I'm not as young as I look." she told him, with an air of knowing what he was thinking. "I'm generally considered to be in my early twenties or thirties though I won't tell you my real age. My powers cause me to have strange handicaps. I am a psion and a genius in most cases. But in exchange for that I can't age past the age of 11." that explained the mind reading.
Rouge smiled. "I'll whip you up a Tison drink. You may like that."
Dartsmoore rolled her eyes at Karyn. "So what do you do for a living?" she inquired turning back to Shin.

Vishal froze in place, sputtered then gave a sound of indignation. H-How dare that other boy pet him! He set to flailing his arms in a very unhappy manner, he was not for petting! He wasn't about to calm himself quickly enough and thusly before he could relatliate though against Dia the boy had already crawled out of his short reach. He made grabby motions at him before being forced to give up. Once he was able to move around as this child did he would show him! Maybe... if he remembered... He watched as the boy made his way back over with a stuffed critter in his grasp. Vishal looked over at it before reaching over to poke at the stuff animal, wondering what in the world it was. ***** Shin lifted an eyebrow, then looked a bit unsure about how one was to deal with a psion, he didn't much like the idea of someone digging around as they wanted through his brain or anything. She wouldn't... do that would she? He had no idea as he just met her and didn't know her temperment, "Ahh." He said, no sure how to respond to her explaining her powers and how they worked. Luckily the two others distracted him away from his confusion. "Ahh, yes. A drink would be nice thank you." He said before looking at Dartsmoore, "Hunts mostly, pretty good money in them if you know where to look." He told her. And he was doing this job since he could remember so he had good connections and knew all the best places to look.
