I always hear from other sites and people that Sasuke wants to kill Itachi and restore his clan. But he cannot restore his clan with Uchihas anymore because they are already dead. So wont he have to get married or have kids with someone? Unless he'll get clan members that aren't Uchihas. I'm a kinda confused here. confused

The fact is true. Early in the manga, while Kakashi was asking Team 7 a bit of info about them, Sasuke stated that his ambitions were to kill "a certain man" (Itachi), and restore his clan.
He seems to have given up the latter for his first goal, but if he lives through it, he'll no doubt want to restore his clan.
To restore his clan, he'll have to marry and/or just have kids with someone. They won't be an Uchiha for sure. But the kids will probably get his bloodline. (I doubt that the children will have to be PURE Uchiha to have the Sharingan.)
So to answer the question simply: He won't have to get MARRIED, but he WILL have to...well...>> do the "Baby Making Process" with someone *cough*Sakura*cough*.

Yes, I had mentioned this in my essay as well. Sasuke's gonna HAVE to "do the deal" with SOMEBODY in order to restore his clan. And I don't think Sasuke's gonna pick just SOMEBODY. (I don't think Masashi Kishimoto made him a player. xD) It probably has to be a girl he knows. And which girl does he know? wink

And like Sakura~Kusanagi said, I don't think Sasuke will just pick out just anyone to be his wife rolleyes Just how annoyed he was already at all the fan girls fighting over him (ep. 3 XD) But I think he will make a good father in the future. He had seen and felt what it was like to be left out and looked down upon by his father, and that's why I think Sasuke will make a really caring father, and the head of the family -awww-
And for the restoring the Uchiha clan, I don't think he can only marry a Uchiha . If so, why would Kishi make him state that at the beginning of the series. It wouldn't just make sense and I know there are many fans wondering about just that one statement he mentioned. And whoever says that Kakashi can make that happens, I greatly disagree. Kakashi doesn't have the Uchiha blood in him, only one sharingan, and that was only implanted for him. He didn't have that from birth, so I doubt if he has babies with another woman, his kids would be able to obtain the Sharingans. That would just be plain wrong neutral Unless Itachi or Sasuke decided to have a family I don't think there would be anyway to restore the clan (very sad), but Sasuke will make his goals come true. My faith has returned my friend :3

Hmm. Good question. While they won't be full Uchiha's, I don't believe that will affect them from having Sharingan. And of course, in order for his children to become legal (documented) Uchiha's, he will have to marry.
And yes, that does mean he would also have to make sexy time with a certain Haruno.

I honestly think that he's going to marry the girl he's going to have babies with, Sasuke seems like a very reputable being and despite his devil may care attitude I don't think he would want any illegitimate children. I do think that his children will have the sharingan, mainly becuz I believe that not all Uchiha's married Uchiha's. I think Sasuke will not PUSH like his father did, but will expect some level of excellence from them *not in an he's not my son if he doesn't sort of way*.
Also since we are rooting for the same girl to be his wife and baby maker, I think that having two hard working parents will create a excelled child, complete w/ sharingan. ^.^
