Ok... umm.. yeah. About this... there are things around us that are demonic, but I think you're being a little drastic. For one thing, you are opening a box I don't think you want to open. I have found that the more you demonize things you realize that anything you own can be viewed as demonic. You can demonize Ipods, Soft drinks, Gaia Online, Anime in general, music or even studying another religion; you're faced with the possibility for evil. I think that pokemon, DBZ and Harry Potter are innocent enough. There are things in our lives that can be more evil and burning such things is up to you. I think we should worry about the bigger things before burning your toys. And I think there are better tests than using annointing oil. What is in your life that is taking a higher position than God? You need to take a very critical look at this, what's taking time away from your personal time with God? (EDIT: or what's causing sin?) Sacrifice it all to God.. I don't necissarily mean burning it but give it up to God and if it continues to be a problem, get rid of it. As for the glowing eyes, it may be true that there was demonic activity, but maybe it was just trying to freak you out and get you to worry.

Yeah, I agree. Anything that is taking the place of God can be bad. I used to play Go (the game) way too much, but I realized that it was too much so I don't play as much anymore.

Well, Harry Potter is a fantasy story, for fun.
Pokemon stands for "pocket monsters."
DBZ isn't my favorite, but it's just a show.
The eye turning red thing might have just been a flash of light on the eye.

And (no offense) your writing can be hard to read sometimes. My opinion.

In Defense of Harry Potter:

It's strictly a fantasy story. It has magic yes, but that doesn't just deem it evil. The story line is pretty much good vs. evil. My parents talked to a pastor who had read the books before they let me read them and he said there was no evil in them meaning that as long as you don't seriouly try 'magic', it's ok to read the books.

1. Okay Harry Potter has magic... Don't believe that it is real and you are cool.

2. Poke'mon is Pocket Monsters not demons... and monster is a relativle lose term in japanese... I am tall so I am a monster.

3. DBZ is odd and yes they use Ki... which is what was used to explain strength in the east in the early ages of study of the body... That was started in almost 2000 B.C... and as for the throwing of ki they just really exaggerated the story of The Journey West and took the holy magic the character used to an extreme. Oh yeah and almost any CCG or TCG card will turn funny colors when soaked... My poke'mon cards turn blue when they get olive oil on em. xd

4. ... Um wow man... lay of the baptist books and let some air and the outside world soak in a bit. Otherwise you will become another Christian Hitler.

Actually... the Di Vinci Code is a very smart book... and it isn't trying to tear Christianity down. It's main point is that the holy grail was hidden by the church in the book because it would prove that Jesus had a wife and possibly a son.
