To kick off things we want to have the first ever Gaia Unlimited party! This would follow a similar format to the New Years Ball. There would be prizes, a few hang out threads, DJs waitresses and more. This is the planning thread. We don't have much time left so we should start planning now. Suggestions and volunteers are to post here.

But hopefully people will remain as calm and friendly as they were during the New Years Ball. I was one of the bouncers during that event, and people were very nice. Oh, yes. While there were points where that ball was extremely... wild, it was an extremely wonderful and well-coordinated event, and I can only hope this upcoming ball will be able to follow its example.

Indeed. I've already started working on invitations to the ball.  Once the specifics of place and time are all in place, Dalvar will be adding the text. I also hope to make advertising banners for signatures and staff cards. We should be running some contests, though we'll need donations. Helianthus annuus will be accepting donations, and all major coordinators of the event will have access to her account - so we can all control her, and will be able to see that no one is pocketing the funds.
