I love EVERYTHING about it! I love the chill of fall in the air, the rustle of leaves scattered in your yard, the sight of grinning or sneering jack-o-lanterns lit up at night, dressing up, thrill and chills, horror movies. I love the monsters of Halloween, the ghost stories told around a campfire, or up in your room, daring to go to the haunted house and your friends sharing their stories about 'real' haunted houses. I love the scent of spice and pumpkin, I love bats and rats and black cats.. I love it all heart

I love halloween because it is the time of the year when the best horror movies come out. It is the time of the year that I get to dress up and that it is ok to try to playfully scare people. There really isn't anything about Halloween I don't love.

I love it because its the only time of year when you can dress up and be something youre not. I love the parties and the sweets and everything scary.

That isn't the only time of the year. You can dress up all you want, it's only a matter of if someone is brave enough to walk down the street looking like they're ready for a Halloween party. I knew a guy who would dress up almost everyday...One day he'd be Jack Sparrow, another he'd be Neo from Matrix, and then Marlyin Manson...and whatnot.

I love Halloween because of the free candy and awesome parties.

Halloween, in my eyes, the best holidaay. It has no need of religion to hinder it and allows one to transform into their desire without getting thrown in jail. In my terms, it expresses freedom with feardom. A perfect combination I do say so myself. Oh, and the jack-o-lanterns is a good point.

I love Halloween for the same reasons all of you do. Being someone else, etc. It's a fun holiday and, though many don't think about it that much or they don't save it for a specific day, it's good that the dead can have a day for themselves to be remembered.
