Indeed. So, what I got out of it is that she is the bad girl who ends up getting cancer...and all her "cool" friends leave her? (not sure) and then one girl ends up cutting herself...not sure if it is kei-chan or the "un-cool" girl.
Bleh, I need to learn Japanese.
