I was reading a news site and I saw this article. It claims that homosexuality in animals is not unnatural and is in fact prevalent! Now isn't that interesting? 3nodding

Thats very true. Many animals do, in fact, participate in homosexual activity. Especially when there is a shortage of mating partners. Many animals can even change their gender just to reproduce!

Yeah. I read a story awhile back about polar bears in a zoo. They had a female and a male. But the bears kept trying to mate and they wanted it to be suitable for children so they traded their female for a male with another zoo. Eventually the two males started to mate with one another.

I don't know if it's genetic, but my Fiancee has a cat that is exclusively gay - I've mentioning this before here though. We've experimented more than once, and there's even been two different female cats in heat around him, and he will not only run away from them, but he'll do his absolute best to escape the situation. But if a male is around well.. that's a different story.
He also had a cat from the same litter that we had no choice but to name "big gay bear" because it looked like a bear, and it was also homosexual, almost exclusively.

My friend had a male cat that eloped with another because her parents wouldn't let them have sex. surprised

Yes, I've definetly heard about this subject before. It's really common for me to see two male doggies trying to mate.
This fact gives me another crazy good example when debating with crazy Christians who say that gays are going to burn. Most of them are all like "EWWWW!"

Actually, while there have been cases of homosexual pairings in dogs, most will mount each other as a form of play or a show of dominance. I work with dogs, and basically it's a free for all hump fest. If, for example, a female is dominant over a male, she will hump him. So humping isn't nessicarily a show of homosexual interest. Dogs are just comfortable enough in their sexuality to not care very much xp

I have this "theory"...if a female dog is fixed BEFORE their first period, they will have a higher tendancy to mount another dog, male or female (sometimes even people). But, if you wait until AFTER their first period, then they don't have the tendancy, or it is much less. I have had 3 dogs. Two of which were fixed BEFORE and one AFTER. this is exactly what happened to them...just a theory though...

I want to have gay giraffes or penguins! Maybe a pair of gay swans and flamingos too! Like Gay Al's Gay animal sanctuary on south park!
It is very interesting but it is until now that I have known that the nose is just another hole where you can stick it in! o.O I certainly wouldn't try that!

Oh dude, my friend's pony, Biscuits, is gay. He's never been interested in mare's or any other female horse, only the guys. I love him, lol.
