Dean is better/ hotter in my opinion. Plus I think he's alightly more bright than Sam...

Okay, in the last episode of Supernatural, Sam is supposed to die. This is the summary from wikipedia.org.
"Bobby returns. Sam and Dean hunt what seems to be a ruthless, slow-dancing alien, but is actually a gifted janitor borrowing pranks from tabloids. When Dean confronts him, the janitor ultimately threatens Sam's life." And until recently (a.k.a. yesterday) It said that Sam would die in this episode. heart

I choose Dean.
The thing on wiki is partially true, because in like 2 weeks time there will be a janitor in it, or maybe it was a doorman=) But I think that episode is about angels, not aliens.
