DON'T. If you werent depressed before, you sure as hell will be whenevr you go into one of their meetings! It seemed like an AA meeting only for large middle aged women with some self-image problems that I thgink should be taken care of by a licensed psychologist.
Leader: "Now I noticed whenever you listed the people that you tend to during your daily life, you forgot to list yourself as one of those people, why is that?"
Woman: "I don't knoow" ~breaks down in tears~
It's at that moment that I asked my friend Daniel if he wanted to go to gamestop which was like 3 stores down.

I just bought a book that mainly deals with how women in our society nowadays become fat out of self-protection. It states that they can gain something emotionally by getting and staying fat. It's actually a reasonably good book, but I can bet practically everybody at Weight Watchers read it and now tries out their garden-variety psychology. You just summed up most of the first chapter. 'Women take care of their families, but not of themselves'.
