I LOVE JUMONG! AND 송일국 IS SUCH A HOTTIE! <3 Most people start to watch it because of him! He's truly an awesome actor and definitely the suitable person to be Ju mong or any kind of king! I love his firmness in his voice. It's sexy!. lol lol rofl

At the moment, 주몽 is really popular in Korea, but I don't like it for several reasons, and please do not get offensive if I say this, because it's just a personal preference (we all have different opinions biggrin ):

1. They got the casting all wrong, the guy who plays 주몽-in my opinion-was a HUGE disappointment. I expected someone better looking.

2. The drama storyline is completely off track with the original story. According to the original legend, 주몽 only had one wife, and the time sequences (the time he runs away), and factual stuff (i.e. 주몽 was a natural at the bow and arrow, this random psycho lady who threw 해모수 in jail, I can't remember her name who is supposed to be some sort of shaman, etc) were all inaccurate.

3. The story is boring, unlike the actual story.

Yup, there's a lot of Korean Dramas that are based of legends.. but they always screw it up! Heehee it's still entertaining for me though. x3 I am amused easily...

I need to see "High Kick". My students are obsessed with it, since it mentions our 학관, or something like that.

Ah-ha-ha-ha! Highkick is friggin' hilarious. Today's episode was simply whee !

@ sodapop: I thought I was the only one who didn't like 주몽! Well, I suppose since a lot of people love it, they had some pretty good acting. Now 대조영 is a MUCH better historical/legendary drama... mostly because I find 이문 hilarious.
