Sorry if this has been said/asked elsewhere, I was looking, but couldn't find a definite answer.
Is this it, offically, 100%? If so, I may have to cry.
The plot's been so twisted that I know some people stopped watching, but I think it can be fixed very easily to get the fans back into it. As long as Lorelai and Chris don't last, and Luke comes back in, I'll watch this series until I'm 80 (and they're all dead, hah).

I was wondering that too. I think Chris should leave and Luke should come back because, Luke and Lorillie are like soul-mates. Any one else think so?

Nothing official yet. But since the CW is not doing great, they may keep it since, althought the numbers are down, it is still one of the more popular shows.

I so thought that the 6th would be the end but then they messed it all up at the end @_@ WHY!? Why did Luke have to be such a retard!!!!

I heard that the main actresses that play Loreli and Rory don't have a contract for anymore shows....Plus with a new writer and all who knows....

I just read something that said while Alexis doesn't want to come back, she's willing to do guest appearances.
Lauren said if they run it for another season, she'll do it.
So, the comtemplation right now is to have one more season focused mainly on Lorelai, Luke and their baby, with occasional appearances (once a month or so) from Rory, or whether just to end it with a wedding/baby.

there was a plan for there to be a 7th season focusing on lore and luke and their kid with alexis making guest appreances but lauren said she wouldnt go on without alexis. so thats not gonna happen.
i think the actors are getting tired after 7 years with such a tight schedule and maybe they want a break to do something different. i wouldnt want another season if the actors aren't happy! but i will cry when its over crying
i love the show sooo much heart heart heart

I heard a rumor than the original writer already had an ending and that she may make a movie about the last season...god i hope so

unfortunatley, this is the last season. alexas & lauren have been doing this 4 so long they want to do other stuff. i luv the show but the new writer chose 2 do weird stuff & i lost a lot of interest in it. i finished watching it though.
