Hi I would like to know what herbs should I stock up on. Just the most commonly used herbs in spells. Wich to grow fresh and wich to dry. And all kinds that you think would help me.

white sage is awesone for cleansing when dried and used as a smudge.
warning: smells very close to marijuana

I personally use Basil, Rosemary, Sage, and Thyme a lot. So I always keep them in stock. ^_^ I just have to go to Walmart for them. he he.

I don't use herbs a lot in my spell work but one of my favorite all around herb is Rosemary

Sage doesn't smell anything like gandza... eek
The commonest things in our garden, which I personally use are sage, lavender, rosemary, mint, Ognjič (which I can't find in any dictionary and will persume it's a folk expression confused ), balm and camomile.
