Well, I have a minor serious-ish problem.
I can't swallow pills.
I have absolutely no fear of swallowing pills. They just plain won't go down.
If it touches my tounge or the top of my mouth it sticks to it.
If I try swallowing with any liquids it somehow ends up in the front of my mouth.
I have had 1 successful try with throwing it to the back of my mouth and having it go down on it's own, but my dad says I was lucky I didn't choke to death and that I shouldn't ever do that again.
And they're threatening to not let me go to a place I reallyreally want to go if I don'tget used to swallowing pills by the end of the year. T.T
So does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try???

Hmm...
I've never had problems like that myself, so I don't really now what to say...
My sister had a fear of taking pills, so sometimes my dad would crush them up and put them on toast or something like that.
Are you talking about pills you can crush like that or are you talking about capsules and stuff that have to be swallowed, no way around it?

Are you talking about pills you can crush like that or are you talking about capsules and stuff that have to be swallowed, no way around it?
Crushing them doesn't end up so good for me... and no, they're not capsules. Just tiny little motrins. XP But I'm not afraid. There's no fear. I know they go down. I've had one go down so I know they go down easy once they're in the throat... but the only way I can actually get them to the throat is evidently dangerous x.x

You can do what my dog does. In a TINY piece of food you dont need to chew put the pill in there and swallow that.

Hold a lot of saliva in your mouth right before you swallow?
I swallow pills dry ans glare at people who look at the amount of water I have and say it's not possible to swallow, so...

 Well... You could always try the back door, but I don't think that's an acceptable method. BTW, you have art pickup in my thread.

I used to have that problem. I stick my tounge WAY out, put it as far back as I can without choking, and then swallow water. XD
