i'm making a millenium world deck, i already have most of the cards i wan't but there's still alot work to be done. any suggestions?

I would get some more traps that stop your oppenet from attacking and some more monsters without tributeing for them with high attack.

That's a pretty solid deck you have there,
I love the theme.
you should have the horus servent card, its not much but it assists horus.

How about a cost down, Spirit of the Pharaoh (along with required cards), Lighten the Load, Magical Mallet, Brain Control. All of those (other than the pharaoh) will help you with the tribute issue. Oh, and a level up and a level modulation for horus. (unless the L6 form prevents it, i dunno)

But if you summon level 8 that way, you can't use Level Modulation. On 8, that is.

Yeah you can, because L8's effect doesn't work while it's not on the field and Level Modulation keeps it from applying its effect, so...yeah.

No you cannot, because it was not properly special summoned, so you cannot use Level Modulation. It's the same thing if you tried to use Premature Burial on a fusion monster that was summoned by Cyber-Stein.
