What are some gay/lez stereotypes that you've heard that just seem really outragious and crazy.
One that I heard was that only lesbians play softball. I mean, what? Thats crazy!

The worst one stereotype i've heard is "All gay guys wear lipstick and have lisps. They also grab each others asses in public."
That was amazingly thick minded, huh? Well, I heard it a while ago. Maybe he was just being dumb.. But still.. What a redneck. TT;

I think that one of the weirdest one is the "All gays are sluts" stereotype. I mean, yeah there is a history of that sort of thing with homosexuality but that doesn't mean that it's still true or that you can project the morals of another time or place onto an entire group.

one that i heard is that "all gay guys are supposedly wimps , and like maikun said, we wear makeup and have lips." that on really pisses me off.
and that lesbians are suppose to "be buff and macho w/ short hair."
i really hate stereotyps. and cause i live in Texas people think that im a queer who goes for bush. NOT TRUE BUSH IS A b***h!!!!!!

I don't know about anyone else... But sometimes it annoyes me when you DO meet a stereotypical gays or lesbians.. It kind of makes people think, "OMG, I FOUND A "REAL" GAY PERSON, SO I KNOW THEY'RE LIKE THAT." If you talked to me, you couldn't even tell if I was gay or not unless I said anything about it. 'N I kind of like it that way. ._.;

Something that actually came up on here was when I was PMing someone back and forth and then they found out I was gay (don't remember how) and said "but you're so nice" and stopped messaging me...

Okay, there's also the stereotype that if you're bi you're just horny as hell all the time, and could never be satisfied in closed relationship of any kind. It's surprising how many straight and gay people believe this. As a bi girl myself, I just find it depressing as hell. I mean, yes, I like guys. And I like girls. And I can't help it.

'N I kind of like it that way. ._.; Lucky, I fit every stupid one....except cooking....like all the artsy and fancy designing I'm good at it...I draw, dance, act, sing. I would be able to take over the fab five but keep the cooking one, and maybe Jai just becuase he's cute ^-^
