Well with the way border hoppers have been smuggling drugs through puppies and the cadavers of children, they could be seen as a security threat.
However, since the child was alive in this case, I'm going to go with the way they always cry and poop. I mean, the crying and pooping can definately be a security threat to pilots in some off-the-wall way.
