Anyone feel the need to pimp out their doll journals and/or websites? Post 'em here! Here's mine:  I've also been thinking about getting a doll journal on LJ... Can't decide though.

Yay~.
I so totally can't decide if I want a doll journal or not... I mainly want one just to add all of my doll-friends on because my regular journal's friendslist is overflowing!

I couldn't make a decent website on a free hosting page if I tried. It's definitly something I want to do though, so does anyone have any pointers?

Read up a little on HTML. ^^ It works.
And copy and paste and notepad are your FRIENDS.
My host was origionally hosting me because my friends and I were supposed to do a small scanlation group... But we got really lazy. XD But he's the greatest host ever. He actually tells me to eat his bandwidth and upload more... Which is totally insane.

I recommend the doll journal, I like being able to keep my doll friends and regular friends seperate.
As far as the website goes it took me a LOT of tries before I finally figured it out. And as you can see mine is ridiculously simple and I'm fine with it that way. I definately recommend looking up simple html tags and try using something like Angelfire that has an editor there for you. I admit I use the editor though I use it mainly for colors and whatnot.

Simple HTML is your friend.
If you're really serious about a website, you might want to invest in Dreamweaver or be evil and download it. XD

[chiaroscuro] is my site! biggrin It has a journal on it that includes both doll and everyday life stuff, galleries, a HUGE link list resource, etc. PS - If you are having trouble with HTML, etc, send it to me and I'll fix it for ya.' I love scripting.

That is so awesome! I have an account on Angelfire, but I haven't been able to do anything with it because the website tutorial on there is confusing. I need someone breathing down my neck telling me what to do!

i'll actually make something online about my dolls once i actually get my first one. it feels kinda pointless right now to make a doll website/journal if i don't even have my first doll yet >>;;
he's on his way....should be here in august
