We make them every year, kind of an old tradition. So, what will be your New Year's resolution this time around? Do you think you will be able to keep it?
As for me, I will be taking a less traveled road this time. My New Year's resolution is going to be to break my New Year's resolution, whatever it may be. At least this year I will finally be able to keep my New Year's resolution, unlike every other time.

I weigh anywhere from 198 to 208 lbs on any given day. I used to weigh 180, I'd like to get back to that. And if not, atleast turn it to some muscle instead of fat.

I'm sitting at about 195 and at 15% BF.
Which is acceptable, but I want to get my strength/endurance/definition up.
Are there any redheads in here that have abb trouble? I can get NO definition.
Get a car, and start going to TCC to start on my path to becoming a teacher.
And get a damn sixpack!!! scream
Also attempt do dig through some inner turmoil crap and make new revelations about myself.

Clark~Kent How do you tell the percentage of body fat? There are a couple of ways. Some more accurate than others. Most involve your height, weight and/or neck and waist sizes. This is an online one I just found, but I haven't a clue how accurate it is. http://www.stevenscreek.com/goodies/pi.shtml

Just take a $5 bill to 7-11 and they'll hook you right up.
