You can buy DVDs of the series up to partway through the "Star Card" arc (the DVDs were cancelled after that). You'll probably only be able to buy them online, though. I've only seen a Cardcaptors DVD in a store once.
However, I'm going to recommend that you buy the english subtitled Cardcaptor Sakura DVDs instead, as you'll get the entire series, free from all of the cuts that were done to Cardcaptors. You'll be able to buy them online, as well (again, I've only seen it in stores a few times). And if you're a slow reader, don't worry. My 9-year-old brother started out pretty slow, and by the end of the series, he could keep up with the subtitles just fine (he also had no issues with the relationships in the series, if that's the reason behind needing it dubbed).

The regular Japanese, subtitled version is way better. But you can buy the English Series, which is called Cardcaptors.

I do believe that the entire series was dubbed so it should be out there somewhere. But I strongly recommend that you stick with the Japanese series because in english, its not just the voices that are bad, the plot, dialogue and even the characters personalities were COMPLETELY changed.

I don't really know where to find it. But if you're really desperate, don't buy it, just watch it online.

The original is well the actual story and I wouldn't say the entire series was dubbed I found out that one of the cardcaptor sakura dvd volumes had episodes on it that all of them were never dubbed. Even in other english speaking countries that watch the show in order, THE SLEEP, SONG, LITTLE, and LOOP were the cards whose episodes never got dubbed to english even though if there are any episodes that show a part of it in english (like a flashback) but i'm not sure if there are any flashbacks to any of those episodes in the series.

I got my CCS subtitled DVDs at Robert's Anime Corner Store, but they don't always have the uncut DVDs available.
When they do though...it's a really good deal. You get all of the DVDs...all 18, for about $160 or so. It's less than ten dollars per DVD. It's a good deal...I think it is anyways.
You can find CardCaptors there too though...and both movies.

cherryblossomgirlsakura- i really really recomend that u watch the sub. the dubbed one is not nearly as good as the sub and leaves out many important elliments to the story. it changes it up. its like they took a really pretty painting, cut it up, threw out some of the best parts, and then glued it together so it was acceptable but not nearly as gorgeous. if u watch the sub, i almost garentee that u will see a certain softness, to it that the dub doesn't have, and u will get way more involved. or at least thats how i saw it =)
