for example, every year around christmas/new years, i have this strange desire to play grand theft auto
and for some reason even tho i havn't played it in like half a year i want to play dawn of war
and every once in a while i get this strange desire to play some old game like spyro 1,2, or 3, and some playstation demo disc i've had forever
anyway explain your random video game cravings =P

I get those randomly throughout the year, but it'll be like:
"Hey! I havn't played Donkey Kong Country for Super NES in ages."
And I'll be hooked on it for a while.
Then a while later it'll be:
"I should play -insert other old game here- again."

that happens to me a lot when I get grounded. Like I will have just beaten a game then get grounded and have nothing to do but read and play games (( Parents ground me from going anywere and the comp)) and then I'll alwase be like:
"HEY I know I'll play that really old game that was so much fun!"
or something to that effect

I occasionally have cravings for NOX- Awesome westwood game, and Fable-Lionhead studios.
I love their RPG engines.

I'll crave things like Blazing Dragons for PS sometimes. And Final Fantasy VI, VII, and VIII. mm... I need to get back to stomping XII.

I just gave into my craving to play Legend of Dragoon again. Though after a couple of hours my craving was pretty well taken care of, so not sure if I'll play through the entire thing again.

I get those a lot and my brother can be a witness to that lol -_-
I'll play one game for weeks on end and beat it and find new secret things and then i'll get bored and won't play for a long time...and about 3 months later...i go up the stairs and force my brother to play zombies ate my neighbors...or something that i haven't played in a while...>.>
i feel bad sometimes for forcing him to play...but then later...when im kicking his butt after 3 months of me not playing and him playing every day...i dont feel so bad anymore XD

Yup off and on with Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2, Fable, the Final Fantasies, and then when im really in a mood some old original nintendo games, I just got over my battletoads craving.. I have NO idea what spawned that!

Lately I've been craving a beautiful old RPG for the SNES: Illusion of Gaia. If you've ever played it, you'll know why. I get cravings for old games all the time but since I don't own them I go look for them on Ebay. Its' a good thing I'm already more poor than poor atm or I'd be buying things I shouldn't. ^^

A chick that kicks major a** is craving-worthy! oh my god not you too! my sister has beeten that game at least 6 times (( probably more)) and she still claims she hasn't beaten it and needs to play it again and again and again and again and again every month or so. She especialy likes to play it when I just get a new game and have to kick the socks offa it otherwise I go nuts.... I think thats the only real reson she plays that game.... scream
