It can't be The Infernal Inn because it's not going to be at the Hotel Denouement! Denouement is French for finale or end so that's the last book! (i.e. the last safe place) It's going to occur high up in the sky, because Lemony hinted at that many times! Example? "But citations for bravery rarely help anything in a grotto filled with mushrooms, or, as the Baudelaires would soon learn, high up in the sky." Or some quote that's similar to that in TGG.

Hello, my dear volunteers, I am here to answer your questions. You previously, a word which here means 'before I got here' asked a question about book the twelfth, which I have already read, regreted reading, wept over, and threw in a pond. The dreadful title of this dreadful book is the Penultimate Peril, 'penultimate' here means 'next-to-last' and peril here means 'a troublesome situation that you could probably save yourself from by tossing this book into a pond'. I am happy to answer all questions, but you'd save yourself the misery of not asking any, sitting back on a nice fluffy couch and petting a cat even if the cat does not particularly wish to be petted. So please forget and or disregard this post, even if the poster would very much appreciate your help.
