Michelle Chan sat at her desk with a pen in one hand and her journal in the other. Normally, said journal would be on the desk, hence why she is sitting at the desk, but five piles of books, towering with twenty books in each pile, stood in her way. It was just herself in her new home/office/library in this nice, quiet town; her two sisters were off doing their own thing in some other country. Maggie doing who knows what, and Anita doing who knows what, but with Junior at her side. Michelle had moved to this nice, quiet town, thinking that the last thing she needs is another mishap that would turn her life upside-down and inside-out. Of course, such things could never happen, for she moved the family business of The Paper Sisters Detective Agency. She wrote her excitement in her journal.
"Hello, my name is Michelle Chan, I am 26 years old, my favorite books include the Harry Potter series, but my favorite author has to be none other than Nenene Sumiragawa. Of course I'm not saying that because she's my friend or anything...Anyway, I had just moved to this small town, with a dark and sinister castle just a few ways away, and already a mystery has leaped into my lap! There were a series of nasty murders last night, and the townspeople have turned me to help them! Well, not really, I just read about this on a post someone had posted on my wall outside my home. Apparently, all the victims were brutally murdered, and yet there was no sign of any blood left in them. Of course, from all my reading and experiences, it must be a vampire! The townspeople are pretty shaken up, so they're counting on ME to solve the mystery and put this vampire behind bars! Well, they don't really know that I'm going to investigate, but they will soon thank me! Oh my, look at me, I'm getting ahead of myself."
Closing her journal with a satisfied grin, Michelle grabbed her cloak and marched outside, on her way to visit one of the crime scenes. Of course, she missed her sisters dearly, and this mystery would go smoother if they were there with her, but they weren't, and so she had to make do with what and who she had...her paper and herself.

suddenly nick crashed through the cieling and said "hello i hear u want to control the world well....i would like to help im a deman with amazing sword skills and many many spells the names nick.........nick bacon"

Ruby knocks at the door. She doesn't want to be rude and give demands like the other who came before her did. She needed the vampire's help; her magic wasn't strong enough to help with her goal. To be rude would lessen her chances. Also, she knew that one should never cross a vampire.

Ruby turned and asked, "Who are you?"

After checking one of the most recent, not-yet-cleaned crime scene, Michelle looked up at the castle. She noted many people/demons/interesting characters up there, or making their way up there, so she became suspicious. Eagerly, she opened her journal, and wrote a short and to the point entry:
"People going up to creepy castle. I shall follow!"
Considering, once again, there was no trace of the suspect at the most recent crime scene, she made her way up, careful not to be noticed. If only she had Maggie's powers of conjuring familiars, then she wouldn't have to waste any time walking up the sinister path up to the death defying cliff that held the demonic castle up top. But what the hey...An adventure is not an adventure without a little workout! It took her about an hour to reach the halfway point, and she knew this because there was a sign that even said, "Halfway point, and it took you 1 hour! HA!" She took a breather next to the sign, and opened her journal once again. "One hour has passed, and I still haven't reached the castle. Whoever owns this place sure doesn't want to be bothered by other folk. Wait, what's this? A creature just flew into the roof of the castle! And there are two people at the large doors, just kinda standing there talking with each other, and there goes a monster, who walked right passed them into the castle. I believe they are still talking to each other. If this is the case, then I can probably sneek pass them without them knowing...After my breather."
