I am very sad. For some reason, i am not able to order from my catalog. this makes it very tedious to get any items. this is a rare glitch, and i asked nintendo about it and they said to try restarting my game eek and i am not doing that. if anyone else has this problem or knows how to fix it, please tell me! all i did was order a red couch! is that a sin?! crying scream

the tanuki (as i call tom nook) just says "im sorry, but our order sheet is filled. Please try to order somehting another time when we are a bit less busy." or something like that. it takes me 1 day and 30 minutes to get items! (gotta use my brothers game, but costs me a dollar for a full shipment crying )

Are your town gates open? I don't think he accepts orders when the town is open or people are visiting.
That's the only thing I can think of.

this is actually VERY rare, ive only heard of 2 other cases: 1 in australia and 1 in Ol' New York (i live in texas(moved from NY recently))

That is crazy....The only thing I can think of is....not to send mail to ANYONE for like 24 hours....because he sends stuff by mail.

That's been happening with me too! I know I haven't ordered something from him for a while, but he still says that his order sheet (or whatever) is all full up! What the heck?
