Hello and Merry Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa/Holiday Sniperers!
As Santa's little elf its my job to give all you lovely gcsg'ers toys and gifts and happiness and joy galore! Alas, this year Santa hasn't the gold to make you all superb gifts like he wants to. So, as Santa's #1 elf I was thinking... what could he do to decide who gets the most wonderful gifts? After all everyone is on his nice list, and everyone is equally wonderful... how to separate them? And it came to me...hold a contest! So that is what I'm going to do. From now until Christmas Eve I will be holding a contest and giving out prizes. There will be 4 contests:
First On Page
Art
TekTek
Story
Random Number
And those will be explained in the following posts. I hope you all have fun with my little contest, and I hope it makes your holidays just a little bit merrier.
Also I will be giving out something to everyone who posts. Something for the theme of the day. Every day will have a theme, because you cant have a Christmas contest without christmas themes, now can you? 4laugh Ho! Ho! Ho!

1. You may only win a contest once. Its not very merry if one person gets 10 prizes while someone else gets none sad However you may enter as many times as you want for fun.

TekTek Contest
This contest will run every other day. Each day the task will be to make a tektek that goes along with a certain theme. Today the theme is Reindeer.
The winner of the contest will be selected by poll voting. To enter pm a tektek to me and I will post it here. All tekteks will be posted without names. The winner will receive 1k. You can enter as many tekteks as you like.
The entries may start being sent in now, and they will stop being accepted at 9pm est tonight, then voting will last until 9pm on Dec. 19th. (tomorrow)

Art Contest
Now who doesnt love art? Everybody loves it! Art is universally loved, just like cookies. So of course I'll be having an art contest.
Every other day there will be a guild member chosen to be drawn. The person with the best drawing will be selected the winner. Now I dont want artists to have to go around drawing people for free, art is hard work. Therefore everyone to enter this contest will receive 500g. The winner will receive 1.5k.
For the first day, the person to be drawn is Monkey heart You may start submitting entries now, and I will stop accepting them on Dec. 19th (Tuesday) at 9pm, right when the tektek contest ends, and voting will start then and last until 9pm on Dec. 20th ( Wednesday )
The art contest will also go along with the theme of the day, which is Reindeer.

Story
Now for all those who dont like tektek, or art, im making a story contest. Every other day your job will be to make a short story, or poem, or parody, etc. about the theme for the day (ex. reindeer and gaia, reindeer and the guild, reindeer being sniped, ect. ) and submit it. The story contest runs on the same schedule as the tektek contest, and voting will be done in the thread. The winner of this contest will get 2k. To enter pm the entries to me and I will post them anonymously here.

1 "Hello Kiddies, Have you heard that silly song about the grandmother that got ran over by Santa Claus and his reindeer? Well I am living proof that that jolly old man should never be allowed to drive his sleigh again. I'll admit I did have too much egg nog and thats why i was walking home. But then out of the corner of my eye I saw the evil eyes of Dasher. The rest is a blur of hooves and jingle bells. But I soon woke up in a hospitol. I was looking around and saw a metal bedpan. But surely that couldnt be my reflection. I looked into it and there were my grey curls, and my happy eyes, but that wasnt my metal face!!!! I quickly paged the doctor and he came in and told me I needed reconstructive surgery on the right side of my body. So here I was half metal have crushed grandparent. I was released from the hospitol and I sought revenge on little Dasher. I was told my family assumed me dead and that it would be too much strain on them to go back. So I was technically dead to all. And wouldnt that be a surprise when I showed up at Dasher's door. After a bloody 30 minutes, I got my revenge. And now, curtiosy of Dasher, I have these wonderful new oven mitts and slippers. So reindeer the world over, watch your back or Granny has a surprise for you." Ho! Ho! Ho!

Random Number
This contest is pretty easy. Make a random number with your post with numbers between 1 and 25. The first one to get 25 will get to be the avi drawn for the art contest that day. If there is no one to get that number then I will ask a question and the first one to answer it correctly wins. Ho! Ho! Ho!
