They couldn't have been there more than a few hours. There was no possible way. The impending darkness would have at least shown some sign that it would be coming. But no, of course not. One instant it was daylight, then the next, the sun was completely setting. Traverse Town was such a pain sometimes. It wasn't dark enough for the many lights that were around to turn on, but they'd be coming soon. Not soon enough, of course.
"We're leaving when I win my scarf back." The wizard spoke sternly for what was likely the first time in his life. His sister had won most of their games, and without his scarf, he was freezing. If only she hadn't taken his wand, too. It would be simple to get it back -if he didn't think she'd tackle him and steal it again. The only way he would get his possessions returned to him would be if he actually won her games. But did she really have to be so good at them?
"You mean, if you get your scarf back." The girl adorned in mostly bright colors giggled. The only odd part of her outfit was the added scarf, which was orange and red. It was nice and warm, though. Unlike her brother, Wisp was toasty. Probably because she had worn clothes that were actually made for the winter season. "You should have listened to 'Lesca!" They both had known full well that it would be nearly freezing outside in the winter, but for some reason, Sirius had refused to wear his warmer set of robes. "Why didn't you?"
"Because, of course, it's funner to watch her when she's angry." He smirked lightly. "Now, what's next?"

Rogue giggled as a large snowflake hit her nose and melted, her and Minerva were walking around Traverse town trying to catch snow on their tongues, and not doing very well.
Minerva spun around and smiled, enjoying the small amount of time she was spending with her new sister. She took pleasure in the little things, like snow. It was refreshing, even for someone as young as herself.
"-er to watch her when she's angry... Now, what's next?"
Minerva stopped spinning and glanced in the direction of the voice, it seemed familiar.
Rogue grinned as she turned to Minerva and grinned "Who are they?" She asked as she peaked over her sisters shoulder before grabbing her hand and running off in the direction of the voices.
Besides her sister, and that bratty boy Sora, Rogue only had one friend, it was her best friend, but still her only one. Maybe this was the chance she had to make more!
Minerva giggled and tried to keep up, her winter robes heavier than normal, not to mention her scarf and mittens.
When they turned the corner, they stopped to see the two children, one looking a tad colder than the other, "Hey, i know you!" Minerva spoke with a smile.

For the first time in a while, Sirius actually looked around him instead of focusing on beating his sister. In the process he managed to use yet another game of rock-paper-scissors. "All right, that one doesn't count." Before Rainbow Brite could say anything, he gave her a short noogie. "Good thing, too. I'd be disappointed if you didn't." He smiled to the two girls before rubbing his hands together rapidly. Stupid cold. And stupid... SNOW? Snow. Great. Now he was definitely going to freeze. But he'd beat Wisp before that, that was for sure. "Nice to see you again, Minerva. And who, may I ask, is this?" He couldn't say that Yunalesca hadn't had the tiniest bit of impact on his behavior.
"Hey! Fine, but I'm still winning!~" Rainbow Brite said in a happy tone before giggling once more. She had to straighten her hair before replying to the two girls. They looked nice, and Sirius seemed to know one of them! That was great. "Nice to meet you two!" Her smile brightened up some of the dark area around them that was beginning to be covered in the soft snow. The falling snowflakes were so nice that she couldn't help but try to catch some of them with her tongue while she waited.

"Having a sibling rivalry over here?" Minerva grinned, "and likewise. This is Rogue, she's the newest addition to our family."
Rogue suddenly became shy, "uh... hi." She giggled as more snow began falling, "Ah'm Rogue, who are you two?" She wasn't sure if she should offer to shake hands, or... or... she was just going to stand there.
She then noticed Sirius' clothes, similar to Minervas, "Are you a magic kid too?" Or not.

"No, actually-" Sirius began saying before he was cut off by his sister. "He's just really bad at games." She finished for him, much to his displeasure. The girl was flaunting the wand that she had temporary possession of. It wasn't much use to her, though. She couldn't do the same type of magic that Sirius could. It was about as useful as a normal stick. Even the greatest of wands was just a stick to someone who couldn't use magic. Sirius snatched the wand away from his sister with a sigh. Luckily, she was still smaller than he was, so he could hold her off. "Yeah, I am." He smiled. One hand was keeping Wisp at bay while the other one was twirling his wand around to make sure that it was all right. "That's not fair at all!~" She giggled, continually trying to get past his hand.

"That's so cool! Can you do any tricks?" Rogue asked with a grin, she saw Minerva's all the time, maybe this Sirius boy could do something too!
Minerva smiled as she crossed her arms over her chest casually, "Yeah Sirius, lets see your tricks, but only if your sister?... doesn't mind, of course."

"Of course I can do tricks!" Sirius dismissed it with a slight wave of his wand, as neither of his hands were free at that moment. "For instance: Accio scarf." There was a point and flick of the wooden wand toward Wisp, who was wearing the scarf around her neck. The light object of clothing unwrapped itself and floated back to Sirius. "Now that's better." He sighed with the return of the warmth that he'd had before. "Aw, Sirius, that's cheating!" Rainbow Brite said in a whiny tone. She didn't mean it, of course -why would she want her brother to suffer from the cold?

Rogue smiled, this boy was cool too! "That's so cool, Minerva can do cool stuff too! Like... she can change the colours of things!"
Minerva turned to her, "I only tried that once! I'm not even sure if I could do it again."
"But it's still cool!... Oh yeah, ya guys never said who ya were." She said as she wagged her finger and placed a hand on her hip, "that's not very polite." She spoke in an almost serious tone, her voice fully accented in her southern drawl.

"Oh, I'm sorry! I completely forgot!" Rainbow Brite giggled lightly, temporarily forgetting the fact that she was pretending to want the two items back. If she had truly wanted them, it was likely that she could just play some more games with him. As long as it wasn't Wizard's chess, she'd probably be the winner in the end. "My name's Sirius, and this is my younger sister, Wisp." Now with a free hand, Sirius moved his thumb to point to himself and to his sister respectively. "I can do more than that, too. It's dark enough now -you wanna see?" Had he shown this to Minerva before? Well, regardless, he hadn't shown Wisp. She'd probably be surprised. If she didn't smother him with hugs.

Bursting into giggles, she couldn't hold up her serious face very long, "well it's very nice to meet'cha both!" She said.
"Oooh, Ah do want to see, if ya don't mind showing me, of course."
Minerva suddenly grinned at the other three, "I learned something too, wanna see? I heard it was pretty basic, but I just learned it, I think it's cool." As she spoke, she began to take out her wand.

"I wouldn't mind seeing. I get to go first, though." Sirius smirked, showing off some of his teeth. Of course, the human whites quickly became sharper and more canine when he began. The boy's form changed from a small human into a smaller black dog. His clothes were gone, likely part of his shaggy coat. It was always fun switching, even if only for a little while and without a real reason. Using the new, sharper teeth, he picked up the wand and held it in his mouth. ...Wisp probably wouldn't want it back anymore after that.
But the girl was completely distracted by the fact that her brother had just turned himself into a dog. An incredibly cute dog, of course. Because he wasn't an adult yet, Sirius didn't look much like a Grim, nor did he look like a puppy. Regardless, he was adorable. "PUPPY!" She yelled happily, half-tackling him. Appparently she was unable to tell the difference.

Minerva's eyes widened "You stole my spell!" She accused with a grin, "well, that ruins the awesome-ness I thought I had." Her eyes flashed golden before going back to green, she shrugged her shoulders lightly before she dropped down to the ground.
A few seconds later and there was a small black kitten walking around on the ground. Minerva jumped up to Rogue's shoulders and nuzzled the side of her face cutely.
Rogue's eyes widened, she had never seen Minerva do this trick! She picked up her 'sister' in kitten form and began petting her, a small purr errupting from her small form. "Wow Minerva, you're so cute! And you too Sirius... er... Wisp, you might want to be careful, ya might hurt him." She warned.

Sirius stuck out his tongue playfully before his worst fears were realized. Wisp had wrapped herself around him, slightly suffocating the poor half-puppy. Of course she had to attack him with love. Probably because they didn't have a pet of their own. ...Aria didn't count, as she wasn't really a pet, and although she was tiny and cute, she gave him a creepy feeling. Especially when she started trying to sing. He barked lightly to tell her to get off. Her grip loosened slightly, but she was still attached to him. "They're both so adorable, though!" She giggled happily.

Minerva jumped quickly from Rogue's shoulders to Wisps', in an attempt to get her to let go of the little Sirius puppy, before jumping onto a branch on a nearby tree. Her tiny padded feet pushed the snow down onto the branch so it was less cold, she sat down and meowed cutely.
Rogue grinned "Ah can't believe ya both know how to do that, even though it's with different animals, amazin'!" She walked up to the Sirius puppy and pet him a small bit. "You're so cute." She giggled.

Wisp did finally let loose her brother after a little while of absorbing his cuteness. But after she had gotten her fill, the girl was completely done. And having Minerva on her shoulder, even for a moment, felt great. Even in the freezing cold weather, it was nice to have a few things that could easily make her happy. "I really wish I'd known about that before!" Probably one of the reasons that Sirius hadn't told her -she'd be asking him if she could hug him every other moment from now on. Sirius was glad to have been released. His wand was in the deathgrip that he called a jaw. Luckily, it hadn't snapped. His head tilted down slightly when she went to pet him.
