Well for me, my evil key is the c# key... It is NEVER in tune.. and it cramps up my finger when it doesn't go down all the way!!!
That would be the key on the flute... sweatdrop

Ab, A, and E Major. (dunno what the concert scales are)
I have trouble keeping up with the accidentals. I'm likely to screw up in any key other than F. xD

Are we talking about keys as in the fingerings or the key signatures?
Well, I can cover both. Talking about flute/piccolo here. The worst key signature is anything with more than two sharps. SHARPS ARE EVIL. Except F#. That's okay.
The worst key is the high D trill key on my piccolo. It's too small and is slighty stuck.

It isn't really evil but I suck at it. A# because I can never remember what positions all the stupid sharps are in. ( this is on the tbone )

For me [as a trumpet player] it would be any key with a bucket load of sharps or a bucket load of flats. When there's a whole bunch of either on a piece at a time, it tends to throw me off. sweatdrop

For flute (we're only in Jr. High): Ab Major. This our hardest, but it also depends on how often the key changes.
