This class for the frost dragon was to be held in the more arctic terrain room, complete with snow and ice. Peri had been sure to dress quite warmly for this class, though he knew the kid and dragon would be quite comfortable with the temperature.

Their appearance for this class was just as 'sugar high' as their first one, stepping inside to look around and both seemed to gape for a moment before rushing forward, "Snow!" Ligeia said excitedly, he'd been wanting for it to snow and now here it was! He didn't even seem to notice the cold as he ran through the arctic room in his normal attire of a skirt over shorts, tanktop, and sandles. Cold wasn't what was bothersome, it was when it got to hot.
Vorel looked down at the snow then the dragon when hopping through it on his way over to where Ligeia was leaving behind dragon prints in the snow.
After their excitement over the snow finally subsided down to a normal level they turned their full attention to their teacher, "Hello, its nice to see you again Mr. Coleman."
"G'rei oiorcai!" Vorel said, as he stood next to Ligeia though he kept looking around now and again, he liked this place. It was very comfortable and felt rather like home.

((*comes up with idea*))
"Nice to see you two again as well." The man replied with a grin. Though they probably didn't know it, these two were his little guinea pigs for the classes designed for the older children, having been the first to sign up for them. Lucky them, eh?
"Today you both get to do something. Frost dragons have to track their food through snow and ice, so I figured you two could play a game of hide and seek. Ligeia, you can run around and try to make your tracks hidden or confusing and we'll see if Vorel can find you. You might want to start a little easy for him, then we can progress to something more challenging."

Ligeia's eyes got wide then he looked over at Vorel, smiling brightly, "You hear that? We get to play hide and seek in the snow!" He sounded quite excited over getting to play the game. Yep, he was oblivious to being the guinea pig for his teacher, instead glad that he would get to play in the snow!
Vorel's tail was lashing, hide and seek! So he had to seek his Ligeia? He was sure that he could do that.
"Now, cover your eyes and count!" He told Vorel, smiling.
The dragon nodded, lifting his wings up and wrapped them around his head to hide his eyes, tail thumping against the ground as his count.
Ligeia waved a hand in front of Vorel to make sure that he was really covering his eyes, then he hurried off, using his wings to do as what the teacher said to do, making his tracks confusing by flapping up into the air and coming down here and there to leave a step or two pointing in a random direction.

Peri grinned at their excitement. This was a good pair to use as guinea pig. They were easy to please! He chuckled and watched as Vorel covered his eyes and started counting, then turned to watch the boy. The wings were very handy in making confusing tracks. Peri grinned, eager to see how Vorel would handle it.

After a while more of bouncing around and leaving behind the oddest trackes ever Ligeia fluttered his way over to find a place to hide, ducking down and wrapped his wings around himself to cover the color of his clothing. He would blend in much better this way with the snowy color of the place.
"Ready!" He called.
Vorel stretched out his wings, gave them a flap and closed them to his back. He took a couple of steps forward to the first few tracks, followed them... then ran across some more that were going in the opposite direction. He blinked, then turned around to try to see if there were more the other way... There were but they were going off rather randomly as well. He hurried over to them, sniffed at them then started forward to see what other ones he could find, to try to make sense of them.

Peri grinned as Vorel started off onto the tracks. He hoped the boy hadn't made them too confusing for the poor dragon. The man watched as the frost dragon got a bit confused, nodding as the dragon started using his nose.

Vorel sniffed at some of the tracks before moving onto another set. There was the slightly difference in the two of them, something that he almost didn't notice but it sort of linger in his mind. One of the sets was made after the other by a small amount of time he realized after a long moments worth of starring at the tracks. Wait...
He then moved onto another set to see if he could see where they fell into place along with the first couple of sets.

Peri watched Vorel, almost swearing he could see the little gears start turning in the dragon's head. After staring at the tracks, Vorel seemed to make a connection about something and started off, energetic once again. The man grinned.

Vorel seemed to be working at the complex game of dot to dots, figuring out which tracks came after which in their making. Something that was a bit slow going but as he felt he had plenty of time in the matter he wasn't going to rush along in his class. He would find Ligeia soon! He wondered idly if then the boy was going to have to find him, he looked around a moment as if thinking on a good place to hide before he tried to get his attention back upon the task at hand.
Then he suddenly found the newest among the tracks and hunkered down, creeping forward through the snow... and with a great flap of his wings pounced.
Then was a squeal from Ligeia as he was tackled into the snow by the larger dragon who then started to make noises as if he were 'eating' his prey when in all actuality he was tickling him which caused the owl to squeal, flail, and giggle, "Ah! I give up!" He cried, batting at his partner.

Peri laughed at Vorel's tackle. "Good job!" He grinned as the frost dragon proceeded to tickle his prey into submission. The dragon had figured it out, which made Peri happy.
"We could try again, this time with Ligeia making the tracks even harder..." He glanced at the two with a grin.

Vorel gave a grummble, "Vorel da aginne?" He asked, then glanced over at Ligeia, well that wasn't any fun. Isn't that how the game went wasn't it his turn to hide and Ligeia to seek?
The owl started to giggle after a long moment of trying to recall the meaning of that phrase, "I am not learning hunting right now Vorel, after class though you can hide and I will seek. Sound good?"
The Frost Dragon seemed to be thinking on it then nodded, "Ana g'rei." He said, lifting his wings to cover his eyes.
Ligeia looked to the teacher, "How should I make them this time?" He whispered.

Peri chuckled at the exchange the two had. Poor Vorel. At least the boy was going to make it up to him later. That was nice of Ligeia.
The man thought for a moment at the boy's question. "Well," he whispered back. "Vorel found out how to use his nose last time. So maybe going backwards from your hiding spot or just randomly retracing a few of your steps? And making a few less ones...?"

Ligeia nodded, taking wing to do as he was told. Bouncing around with farther distance between his steps this time. Back and forth a couple times so that they were made in a bit of a zig-zag pattern, landing to look them over before he started to randomly retracing steps. This time while the steps may make a pattern that the dragon would think was normal the scents would be quite mixed up.
He then landed again to hide himself, "Ready again!" He called.
Vorel looked up and around before he started forwards towards the tracks once more.

Peri watched as the boy made the tracks, grinning as he awaited to see how Vorel would handle it. Okay, so these were rather confusing tracks, much more so than anything in the wild, but it would be interesting to see how the frost dragon handled it.
