CC Time. Now that it's the 15th and there are only Ten more days til Christmas, I figured I could start a jolly countdown. . .
This won't only be a countdown thread. But a Christmas Memory thread. Best presents, worst presents. Not just the presents you've received but the presents you've given. Best Memory
I suppose I could start out. . . I think the best present I have ever given is one year I got my brother this expensive pocket knife. This was a few years ago. And he still uses it to this day. Wewt for Swiss army knives.

I spent months knitting my friend a long snowboarder hat one year. It was pretty amazing. I think he still has it.

I haven't done any shopping at all. . . I guess this year, I'll be buying a dollar pack of candy canes to give to friends. . . How lame.

Every year my mom freaks out about the house not being clean, or the christmas tree not looking right. Everyone would always tell us, how we have an awesome tree. My mom would spend hours on it.
Haha, now we have a fake tree that already has the lights on it. . . Takes about an hour to finish decorating. It's nice and the tree looks just as good in my opinion.

Ben and I got a fairly good tree this year -- small, but we couldn't fit anything very bit into our apartment anyway. We got it last weekend and decorated it pretty nicely, I think. Unfortunately, our kitten REALLY likes to pull the decorations off of the tree, and not just the balls. She keeps yanking on the beaded garland we put on it, making it hang down too far in some areas and be stretched really tight on other areas. I can't keep her away from the damn thing!
I suppose it's still better than last year though -- we kept the poor thing out of water for too long when we got it and it died way before Christmas. D:

I did a bunch of Christmas shopping tonight ... man am I pooped. I still have a lot more to do also. gonk
And I have NO IDEA what to get for some people... crying
