Contest Rules

Every contest needs these so people know exactly what is expected.

1. The tournament item must be visible in the outfit. If it obscured, then you will be disqualified. Submissions that contain an avi that looks exactly like the item models (i.e. naked) will be instantly disqualified. Qualifying entries will have an outfit.

2. No gold is to be spent on this contest in any way. All outfits are to be created using an avatar simulator such as GavSim or Tektek.

3. All entries must be posted in this thread by the listed poll date. Entries posted afterwards will be ignored. If you miss it by one minute, you will not be permitted to participate. We will accept NO late entries. Captaincy and crew will not PM you to make sure you get your entry in on time.

4. Only one entry per person. Entries may not look alike. If a second entry looks exactly the same as a previous one, the second will be disqualified.

5. Past winners may participate. There is no limit of wins at this time. Please see rule 12 for clarification.

6. The Captaincy are unable to participate. As we wish to show no favoritism in this contest.

7. Post your own entry.

8. If something happens and an entrant switches accounts, their original entry is still good as long as the Captaincy is aware of the change.

9. In case of a tie, a second poll will be created that has only the tied entrants in it. The second poll will be up no longer than 24 hours, so if it happens, get your vote in fast!

10. In order for your entry to be eligible, you must be an active role player.

11. As this is an AVATAR contest, there must be an avatar body in the entry. Entries that do not include a body will be instantly disqualified. Mistaken entries will not be permitted to be resubmitted. This rule comes into effect starting in March 2007.

12. An entrant will only be permitted one win in a 30 day period. Specifically, a win is 1st place. This rules comes into effect starting in March 2007. If past winners consistently take first and second place, this may be broadened. I reserve the right to break, bend or dismiss this rule.

The Contest submissions end on March 10, 2007 at 10:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. Votes will commence on March 11th. On March 13th at 10:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, vote polling will end and the winners will be announced.

Your avi does not have the Space Monster Mask. An avi MUST be wearing the Space Monster Mask to qualify.

EDIT: Also, I want to be able to go back and see the avatars from previous contests. If we used current avatars, those images would change. That is why we are using the dream avi services.

What you see before you seems to be a lumbering humaniod. This creature is humped over for a slight moment as its peircing red eys catch sight of you its jagged teeth grin evily at you. What appears to be 9 feet tall seems to twist and and fall to the ground as its form shrinks and reforms into something new you gasp in horror. The head of the once beast is still there the massive lobe on the back of its head still visable and the body of a ful grown human male is now behind its horid head. Cloths form around the beasts newly formed body forming the outfit of a noblemen. As it stands you see the head of the beast still remains and a small light from its back. As you take a few steps back to run in fear of loosing your very own life for witnessing such a thing, the back of the cerature lights up with a intense flame of a deep orange. The ragging creature screams out in a high pitch the birds in the surrounding trees scare and fly off into the sky,where you wish you could be. The creature charges at you and as you turn you see that the flames on its back grow as it starts to get closer to you. Your eyes blank out as you can feel the ripping and tearing of your skin before you feel nothing...Your eyes open and the colors that you once seen in the world were dull and nearly only black and white. You look around to what seems to he a house and a dress upon your body, the creature from before walked into the room with the head of a man....The King...You gasp but nothing comes only a screech.Your hands drawn to our face from curiosity and you feel a slimy exterior, again you shreek...
