Yep, it's funny how many of those were put up by people I know. I remember when I first saw the Gong Show clip on there like a month ago. I was flipping out. "OHMYGODTHISISAMAZINGLOOKGUYSLOOKDOYOUSEETHISLOOOOK!" Everyone in m appartment was just sighing at me.

Why a hello and a howdy, Nikora! smile Nice to meet another Boingoloid. I love your sig!! Did you make that? Or did it come from some rare Boingo-Boy personality quiz?? (There was one floating around in cyberspace awhile ago, but alas, it has been deleted crying )
I love Boingo vids...they're so...entertaining. I really like Dead Man's Party, but it should've gotten like...it's own, REAL video. I mean, a scene from Back To School? Psh. Boingo could've done better. Plus Dangerfield scares me... sweatdrop

I got so pissed off the other day. I was at a Bar Mitzvah, and I asked if they had any Oingo Boingo songs. The only one they had was Weird Science. I requested it, and they said they would play it asap.
...THREE HOURS go by. I go up to them and inquire the whearabouts of the song. They said they forgot. They said they would play it soon.
...HALF AN HOUR later they finally play it. All my friends run outside the moment they hear it, and they cut it off after 30 seconds. How's that for bad taste?
I also requested Once in a Lifetime by the Talking Heads, Feel Good Inc. by the Gorrilaz(only mainstream song I like) and Thriller, by Michael Jackson(Hey, it's damn catchy!)

Yeah, back when I was the age when all my friends were having Bat Mizvahs and Bar Mitzvahs, I remember that very clearly. They NEVER play suggested songs, unless the birthday child requests it, and even THEN it's unlikely.

Gosh! I've been wanting to see it forever, but I'd feel so silly asking my brother to netflix it. I put it on my birthday wishlist a year or two ago, and didn't get it. cry

It works if you keep putting it on "The List" year after year. It took me three years (of Christmases and birthdays) before I got it. ...And even then, on that third year, Christmas Morning, it got confiscated.
...Getting that DVD and not knowing the parental advisory sticker is on it, is like getting me a shirt and not noticing that the front is see through. gonk Sorry Mom & Dad - just wasn't one of your more logical moments... sweatdrop
