My booth this weekend is the Kingyo-sukui booth! Otherwise known in english - as goldfish catching!
*lila brandishes forth the Poi in her hand and as you have a closer look you realize it's a thin sheet of rice paper in a plastic ring - it kind of looks like a very large bubble wand*
The idea is to scoop out a goldfish before the rice paper melts from the water! smile
As you post your request to try - I will randomly pick a number (using the randomizer.org engine) which is already assigned to a specific fish! Depending on your number, you could get a common, uncommon, or even a rare fish! Each fish will be unveiled as they are caught - so to begin, none of you will know what the fish look like smile Fun ne?
As each person wins a certian fish - their name will go under that image (see below for fish lists)
Now! We all understand what a fickle thing luck can be. So if there is a specific fish you wish (*giggles at her own rhyme*) then I have set up purchase prices for each fish if you wish to purchase it flat out (these prices will be displayed beside the fish image in the fish list - you'll understand once you see it). Or if you wish to try your luck again, then it'll cost you only 20g biggrin But the first one is free - so don't hesitate to jump right in. But you do run the risk of not catching one! So be careful! domokun
And to make things even MORE fun *collective gasp*
For each fish either purchased or won, I will add 100g to a jackpot. That jackpot will be updated every couple of hours. There will be 3 winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd of course) who will be picked at random from those who participated (ie: purchased or won a fish) and given away after the carnival has ended. Probably Monday night after I get off of work (this affords me time to create a list and enter all the data into the randomizer, and sell any donation items or what not I may need in order to make the jackpot as big as it's supposed to be).
Edit: Well this whole 100g per fish is backfiring with you guys only paying 20g - so I'm going to make a change to the rules - instead of 100g going in for each 20g fish won - the 20g is just going to go into the pot - cause I'm going to run out of money SO fast
