Cloud is powerful, but InuYasha would win because he has his Demon blood and Tetsusaiga.

I dunno about that I think it would be a draw and they'd join forces. Cause Cloud may not have demon blood, but you are forgetting he still defeated Sephiroth which is about the equivelant to Sesshomaru. So I think they are just too evenly matched for either one to win.

Irrelavent. The two are non-compatable. Too many reality-conflict issues.
Like, if cloud uses some kind of protective spell, does inuyasha's Barrier Breaker penetrate it? Does iron reaver require materia? etc.
Personally, I think Inuyasha is marginally worse against human opponents, because his sword isn't any good on them, and since the incident with dr. suiokotsu or whatever he seems to have forgotten that he has claws.

True, but, InuYasha is faster than cloud, and Tetsusaiga would more than likely consider Cloud as a demon, but even if it didn't, and either InuYasha himself, or Kagome got injured by Cloud, then InuYasha's Demon Side would take over and, seeing as even Sesshomaru runs from him in this form, then Cloud would be a dead man. And about the materia issue: Depends on what world the fight was held in. If it were held in Cloud's world, I don't really know, and if it were held in InuYasha's world, Cloud would have a distinct disadvantage in battle, more than likely, and InuYasha could easily win.

So I think they are just too evenly matched for either one to win. True, but, Sephiroth would fall to InuYasha quicker than Cloud, because Tetsusaiga can destroy basically everything.... Yeah that's true, but I still think they are too evenly matched and would end up fighting together. Plus I love both of them so I don't want either one of them to hurt the other.
