I had this amazingly huge crush with this boy named Edward (yeah...) and It's been time since I havn't liked anyone so much as him, I even cried when things went wrong and he was only my friend, nothing more. the thing is that I adored him,and sometimes I think I still do...
so...I was at the book fair of my school and I saw this cool picture of white hands holding an apple,I went to read the back side. "at first Edward was a vampire" I was like "what are the odds...the boy that I like has his name written on a romantic vamparie novel"
and I bought Twilight, because of the cover,the name,vampires,romance.
but mainly because of the name.
And as result of it...it's my favorite book ever.(and new moon)

That's hilarious how that just happened to be the name of your crush. I saw Twilight at my bookfair too! My science teacher told me to read it. xD Good thing she's a cool science teacher or else I might of not read it.

Heh, I first read Twilight at the library (this summer) , as i took it out 'cause my friend recommended it....And now its my favourite book!
I purchased the book at the book fair during September. Hm, it was a Scholastic Book Fair at my school, so yeah.
Bookfairs are awesome! (well most of the time)

I have a long story to how I found mine, but I don't feel like typing it up. I got mine at Borders in '05. ^^
But that's awesome! My Papa's(Grandpa) name is Edward; Ed was the name he went by most often. He died right before it came out...and then our family kind of broke apart. I actually haven't told this to anyways, but it feels personal to me that way. If Edward were to die(as seen in New Moon) then his family would break apart, also.
I wish I knew a guy named Edward. That's such an amazing name, but noone has it. D:

thats odd, because my mom's dad's (normally called "grandpa", but he is "pa". no "grandpa") middle name was Edward!!! his initials spelled out JET, so everyone called him Jet.
yeah. but thats cool.

I used to go to the bookstore alot because I got my mom to take us to the restraunt right by it (no not starbucks) and then I found it on the new shelf.

Aaww, your story's cute! I was randomly shopping at Chapters when I noticed Twilight. The only reason why I bought it was because it had romance, vampires and it was big (the book that is... sweatdrop ) hahaha, *shakes head*

Thats a nice story... I didn't pick up the book because of someone named Edward though it would be nice to meet someone like him... that didn't make much sense but I dont care, lol! rolleyes biggrin heart

I went to the library with my friend cause I wanted some books to read on my way to the beach (its a few hours). I started reading about an hour before we got to the beach house and I read through dinner, even though I got yelled at for reading the book during dinner when the rest of my family was there. xd
