Just out of curiousity, I am bi, and i like yuri, but are those have anything to do with each other?
wow, when i was typing this my bro walked in, read what i wrote and was like "did you write this?" and im like oh crap "yeah" and he stares at the scren for a moment, then says "cool" and walks away...
my dad stands in the doorway and is like "what are you talking about" and i'm like, jeez, ive been on here for three hours and you choose to ask me now? so i'm like "stuff." "what stuff" "yuri" "whats yuri" bty, i'm close to throwing up at this point "its a girl on girl pairing." luckily, at that moment, my mom walked up and i was saved. this sucks.

Of course you don't have to be attracted to girls.
I used to go on a shoujo-ai/yuri forum a long time ago and there were several handfuls of girls who absolutely adored yuri, but they were as straight as a ruler. *shrugs*
I suppose the same can be said about yaoi though. A handful of straight guys like it (my brother does~).
I'm a lesbian and I love yuri. :3 I liked it before hentai/yaoi.

Maybe. I'm bi but I swing more towards guys...and I like yaoi and yuri but i swing more towards yaoi.

No, you don't have to be bi/les to like yuri. There are actually straight guys out there that like yaoi, so the same could be true for straight girls liking yuri. I'm les and like yaoi/yuri/het.

I'm les and like yaoi/yuri/het. ~cries~ I wish that my brother and my cousin could understand that. crying They (my cousin more so) bash me for being so into BL/yaoi. I feel so lonely because I can't talk about most any of my pairings with anybody. Everyone around me is super into het. But yeah, I don't think that you have to bi/lesbian to like yuri. I've liked yuri since I was 10 or 11 and I've always only liked guys. Believe me, I always have like a million and one crushes a year (or I used to, LOL, I'm too busy with homework now) and they've all been on guys. I'm also one of those shonen-ai/het/shojo-ai people. It all depends on the series for me. Although, I always have a lacking in the shojo-ai section. I lean majorly toward BL and if not BL then to het. Yuri comes last for me, but I do support it thoroughly.

My friend likes yuri (kind of) and she's strait. I'm okay with it, but I like yaoi better. It's just easier for me to handle, punyu.

My sister loves yuri.
She even roleplays it, yet we share everything, so I know she's very VERY straight.
She just thinks Yuri is cute.
