yeah you halve to fight him 5 or 6 times before he actualy dies just keep chaising him down and eventualy he will flee and head for cosmo canyon area and will die opening a rout to the antient forest. (i think its called that)

(i think its called that) yes thats all you have to do fightr him 5 or 6 times and keep chasing him down and he will die

When ACTUALLY Fighting him It's funny to have one person use Bahamut,Neo Bahamut, and Bahamut ZERO, another person should use Ultima and have your remaining person use Healing and Meteor 2. That's what I did.
Ultima (Atma in Japanese BTW.) Weapon Dies and you can go to the Ancient Forest.

If I remember correctly, I just spammed Bahamuts on him, one per character until he died... chased him, then killed him some more. He has 8,000 health each encounter, and 40,000 health total. 5 fights.

You have to just look for it again, the places are often the crator, the forest near nanaki's village and near Midgar. I know there are a few others and it is annying but you just have to keep following it and whopping it's butt!
