I thought this might be a neat thing to post.
Basically just post a what if question and the next person will answer it [There's no right or wrong answer unless it's spoilers in which case DON'T POST THEM D<]
Then the same person who answered the what if will ask their own What if Question.
Fun eh?
What if it Derek cheated on Addison instead of the other way around?

What if Meridith had chosen the other guy (sorry his name escapes me right now)?

Then there wouldnt have been anyone for Izzie to have made a mistake on and nobody wouldve died and Izzie would still have alll her privileges.

Then George wouldnt have this newfound respect for Cristina and Burke wouldnt have stood there watching with admiration at how well Cristina was perfoming the surgery...
