1. You can only kill someone if you ask their permission and clear it with me
2. Follow all the rest of the Gaia TOS
3. You can swear, just don't overdo it.
4. keep it rated pg-15 anything further you go to ((pms))
5.Pm me your character profiles if there made up and title it "sailor moon rp"
