As for existing, trust me, girls don't just put up with pervs, some of us befriend them, become them, and occasionally marry them.
Shorter than 6'1" is fairly doable, heck, I'm a tall girl but I'm still shorter than you. You've got options.
And you may be in luck, most smart, caring, and understanding girls just don't really care to wear the ever popular super-slut outfits, so there's probably quite a few of them available.

I hope that there is a guy like this in the world...

I'm looking for a guy who's intelligent, appreciates litarture and good writing, and able to appreciate a good sense of humor, and one who is willing show his romantic side a little. Looks don't have a significant impact 'cause I'm rather hideous, I'll be the first to admit it.... I also need someone who is open-minded, or at least willing to accept the fact that I am.... Some sort of enjoyment of music is smiled upon, and guys with a bad attitude are most certainly frowned upon.

Basically, I just want an intelligent guy who is willing to appreciate his girlfriend and accept her personality flaws and her attributes. I don't think that's so much to ask, I really don't.... Sadly, though, it does seem to be a lot to ask in high school....
