Kurama is great, but lets not forget the woman who made Kurama great. Shuchi's mother.
Who wants to start a discussion?

crying They should've showed her more--or at least, defined her personality more. Come on, if she's that important to a main character, STICK HER IN THERE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. 3nodding

I was rather disappointed that they left out the important part about her slashing her arms open to save Shuichi's life in the anime. That was such a touching moment in the manga and it kind of emphasized Kurama's desire to stay with her. I think it was probably the first time he had ever seen another human go to such lengths to protect someone.

Kinda shock how much more depth it gave her.

There are always important things that they leave out of the anime and put in the manga. But this is kind of like the missing link that ties him to the human world and shiould be put in.

I agree with what people are saying here. She should have been shown more because she is important to Suichi as a person. She gave birth to his human form, saved him from evil glass, and raised/fed/housed him for his life. The anime should have respcted that and shown her more.

Okay...bringing a question into here. If Kurama's mom and his girlfriend (that sounds so weird...) were both in trouble and Kurama could only save one of them, who do you think he would save?
I would say his mother.

Girlfriend?Do you mean Maya? confused I'd say he'd save Shiori, definatly. Shiori should've been in the anime more, and personally,I think they should've put Maya in too.Though then again, considering how everyone hates her for loving Kurama, maybe not... sweatdrop

My question was hypothetical. sweatdrop
I don't hate Maya for liking Kurama. I just...dislike her for...her semi-nosy personality, I guess.

They definatly should have shown his mom more. I had never heard about shiori getting cut until i found it on a site once. Kurama actually erased maya's memories of her love for him because he didnt want her to get hurt. I'd say he'd save his mother.
