A long time ago, in a Galaxy far away... the Black Imperium had risen under a grand new Sith Lord. Darth Malkavii, was what they whispered in the shadows. He had an apparently limitless supply of battle droids, as he had conquered the planet Mustafar, and was using it's wealth of metal-resource to build his armies. As if this wasn't bad enough on its own, there was a host of dark jedi at his command. Few were his apprentices, but many called him master. Jedi he'd never met were falling to corruption, and the dark side of the Force. He was renouned only for his mastery of the Force, his saber skills were never truely well tought, and he remains a poor combatant.
But on the planet Lok, in the Tatooine system, there is a jedi enclave with the intent on training those who are in some way strong with the Force, to battle against this new dark jedi uprising. There are other enclaves throughout the Galaxy, since the Empire under Darth Sidious was defeated, the jedi have had no threat, and could once again train in their sacred art. Few masters of old remained, in fact most of them have died. But so long as Luke Skywalker has things under control, we have nothing to worry about.
There are rumours also, of something darker behind the dark jedi... the rumours speak of sith teachings, and Lords. Could they really still be? Is there no end to the dark side of the Force? The fate of the Galaxy rests in the strengths of either side. Which will you fight for?
In this roleplay, for now, there will be no real combat. Just training new students in the ways of the Force, and lightsaber combat. You may however choose the role of a Master, if you feel up to it. Your profile should be set like this.

Age : (Young jedi, from the ages o 6-15 will be considered padawan, and not fully brought into the Order.)
Lightsaber Colour : Basically choose from any of the colours in the 'colour' tab.
Lightsaber Style : You may choose one of these as your style - Single hilt x1, single hilt x2, or staff.
Appearance/story :
Reasons for joining the Order :
When you use your lightsaber, you must make the word lightsaber, your lightsaber colour, for instance : Obi Wan slashes his lightsaber towards Darth Vader, in an attempt to disarm and defeat his old apprentice.
Darth Vader blocked Obi Wan's attack, and done an upward slash, his lightsaber slicing the old jedi's hand off instantly.
It's basically a bit of fun, if you don't use the word lightsaber, or indeed a lightsaber at all, you may choose to avoid the colour variants. This also doesn't need to apply to your foe's lightsabers, but that could also be fun. ((I am open to suggestion.))
I hope someone makes a dark jedi, or Sith RP soon so that we can play both sides.
How to join - You can turn up to the enclaive directly, just buzz the door droid as he's probably expecting you, he's programmed to as for your name (as ID and voice ID). Also you can land at the small Lok star-port and make your own way accross the rugged wastes. So long as you make a decent start, it should be ok.

As the metal shutters of the garage open at the rear of the enclave, the noise of an engine can be heard starting up. The shutters are barely half way open and Rinatu slides under them on his swoop, he recovers the bike and accelerates to full speed, on his way to the enclave's private moisture dealer's homestead. Since fresh water is rare without moisture vaporators in the Tatooine system, and especially on Lok where the rivers run as sulphuric acid, it was wise of him to seek out a farmer as soon as he was positioned on the planet.
The moisture farm wasn't a long way away, especially not on Rinatu's swoop bike. He arived within the hour, and collected the regular three day supply of drinking water. The enclave had it's own vaporators, but the water produced was not of drinking quality, so it was used for bathing and for the animals, it was also ok to cook with. He paid the man a few credits, and was quickly on his way back to the enclave to greet his newer students, and to discuss matters of importance with his peers.
The garage door was left open, Rinatu thought to himself : "That silly droid, it should close the shutters as soon as I'm out of the garage... it's a good thing Lok is relatively remote, or we could have some trouble." : he was no sooner in finishing his thought when the speederbike halted, in it's correct parking position. He looked at the droid, then hit the shutter 'close' foot pedal, in a commanding manner. The droid's head turned round and it made a few internal blipping noises. Rinatu felt compelled to say ; "Don't take that tone with me, or I shall sell you to the Jawa traders on Tatooine, it's not so far away, you know!" : with that, the droid trundled quickly off and busied it's self with the main enclave mainfraim.. or whatever droids do around here.
Rinatu walked slowly through the quiet hallways, the cool stone walls keeping a moderate temperature, on an otherwise warm planet. He stood in the main combat arena, in the enclave, ready to greet the new arrivals.

The young Corellian Knight looked around, a bit lost. Despite his misgivings, he was starting to like the place a bit. It was a lot quieter than the enclave in the Corporate Sector. Which was good, but Wrisa Nehan liked a bit of quiet now and then. And it was way too developed. Here, there may be a few places yet unexplored.
Lost in thought, he wandered down the hallway until he reached the central combat area, where...

Lightsaber Style : single curve hilt x2,
Appearance/story : Sholder length white hair, dark brown leather tunic and pants, a traditional sholder pad on right sholder, and and easy open hooded cloak. Ryo was found among the very few survivors of an attack on his home vilage on Hittsue. Lukly the jedi arived just in time to save him and few others. Ryo was noticed for his gifts form the force and trained. For a time he was trained personaly by Luke Skywalker, but soon Luke had little time to spend training and Jaina Solo volentered to take him as her third padawan. Ryo is now waiting to be knighted
