This is where we will post all the Guild news, announcements and updates, there has to be a place for them to go and this is it.
I guess first up is to say that the guild is now open and taking members, though I still have a lot to add. Help from all is welcome. Know something about a particular topic or would like to research it for the guild? Then please do, I for one love to learn as well as teach about wicca and all traditions of paganism.

If you would like to bump this thread to keep it viewable please do but not too often. The forum is slow moving and the guild will get in trouble if it is bumped too much (I think the forum rules say not to bump more than once every three hours or so).... 3nodding

Im sure all of you are aware that CraftyCow is gone. She has left me as Steward of the site which I hummbly accepted (though Im not sure she gave me a choice). I have so much to share and really look forward to reading every ones unique point of views on the various subjects that appear in our Guild. I respectfully ask that you bear with me while I find my footing. I just started Gaia a month ago and have not yet grasped the design part but with my 20 year relationship with the Mother Goddess Im sure that I will be able to come up with something worth while. If you feel that you would like to move on and leave the guild I totaly understand, and harbor no ill feelings. Merry meet everyone and Goddess Bless

Ok, so I just cleaned house and reorganised a bit. Ive mooved all the magic talk to the Crones cottage and all the opinionated chit chat to the oak tavern. and all the info and announcement stuff on the front page. So I've been sitting on my hands for a week now tring to decide what to do with the guild. This week end I've decided to sit down and figure out how to really take controll of the design aspect of gaia. And I will start adding some informative and fun content. Bear with me folks. I have a huge demand factor on my family life and as much as I do like writing and Gaia in general, I just can never find the time to work on it.

Sakumi-San Our new Guild Vice-prez, has just opened a new Room to the guild called Role play. For full detailes on What, Where, Who, How, and Why. Please visit the room where details and submissions will be made and taken. Congats Ryan on the promotion, apologies and blessings.
A special thanx to Cat, for opening a new string for general herb chat. Between our resident pros Seth and Cat, Im sure this will be a very nice string to follow. I wanted to thank every one for thier support and participation in making this a wonderfull guild. I couldnt be happier with the array of personality and interests and opinions on the array of subjects. HAZZAH to you all. Congadulations to Tchick our 2nd winner for Jan. 2007. Just in time to start the next Competition. Ok so heres the deal... I'm going to make the next one a speed round. I will randomly roll 6,6 sided dice on Sat. morning and then I will post it right away. Crafty intensionaly picked hard numbers to make it a long competition, I wanna see immediate results lol . so Beware and warned Sat. morn. at ? surprised 'clock wink

HEARYE! HEARYE!!!! The Role playing forum is now open! Artemis has created a template for Character Profiles. If you are interested or curious, put on your thinking cap and engage your imaginometer, and fill out a form today. A date has not yet been settled because we are not quite sure about the responce or interest level. But as ussual, keep intouch and we will get the ball rolling just as soon as we get enough peeps to get a scenario built. L8RZ
